Yeah, but I think that's a new grapple ability or something mentioned before.

Good news! I was in HMV today, and noticed int he game section a pre-order box for LSW 3 with a date of Febuary 13th on it!

So the release date is...what, now?

I just realized they could do a video with naration intro like CW shiws begin with, although that would violate the 'LEGOs can't speak a language' rule.

Its around March (Some rumors coming around that the Release is March 20th but Who knows?)

Anyway here is a clip of the Geonosis arena stage cutscene from Attack Of The Clones

Just as I thought and some of you may have feared. For the Attack of The Clones scenes the Characters (Obi-Wan, Padme, Anakin Clones and more) will have their CW Faces (Helmets in Clones case) in those Levels instead of their Attack Of The Clones Looks

EDIT: If you want more of those videos you need to Join the Galaxy in the Lego Star Wars 3 site. It has a lot of great videos and Characters you can unlock

There are 4 Videos all different for the AOTC Geonosis. Several for Jedi Crash, Duel Of the Droids, Blue Shadow Virus, Maridun Levels and a Bad Guys Video as well and many more

Cool, thanks for that. I think I'll join :vader:

Funny thing: I'm watching AotC at the moment

Didn't we already know about cloney-ish faces on AotC?

Yeah, I've seen that demo. It's actually pretty good once you get that hang of it.

Is it just me, or is the lighting for the Arena scene truly amazing? Compared to all the other Lego games, this may have the best graphics.

I'd be disappointed if they didn't get better. LSW1 had much worse graphics than any of the newer games.

It makes sense as it is one of the oldest...

I'm having trouble on the lucasart site..not loading right :hmpf_bad:

That was the general idea; that the graphics have been improving therefore I'd be disappointed if they didn't for LSW3.

A scene from 'LEGO Star Wars III.'CAPTIONLucasArtsIt's one of the most popular cross-platform franchises among kids -- and kids at heart. The 5 year-old LEGO Star Wars series from developer TT Games is getting a new sequel on February 15 with the launch of LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.

Published by LucasArts, the game will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP and PC.

Game Hunters tapped co-project lead Andrew Bell to tell us a few interesting factoids about the upcoming adventure.

-- At one point in the game there are over 300 different interactive characters on screen. (Vehicles, Droids, Clones, etc.).

-- Everything made out of LEGO in the game has to be built in real life first -- that's two people's full time jobs!

-- There are over 175 characters and vehicles to choose from throughout the game.

-- The story isn't just from the animated series -- there is also content from the films including taking part in the massive battle on Geonosis at the end of Attack of the Clones.

-- There are several secret characters from the classic films, Season 3, and even The Force Unleashed -- collect minikit to find them all!

OMG 300 characters at one time that is very impressive.

Well season 3 is obviously have to be Savaage for one, Oh I hope 99.

TFU yes, I had a feeling.

Ah maybe The Legonater, I assume there is a PC version, buying it on my PS3 is going to be tricking, unless the master key has actually been found.

They won't tie it in, they will just be unlockable, like lego Indi in the saga, or maybe its more like how you free Luke and the others in lego Indi 1.

I wish TTgames would do a TFU lego game, some of their trade mark humour could certainly help out TFU2 story.

I can see the additional Characters from Classic Films, TFU and Season 3 panning out mainly like this

TFU= Starkiller, Rahm Kota(Possibly) and Juno Eclipse(Hopefully redone as the made Lego version doesen't suit her in my opinion)

Classic= Vader, Luke, Chewbacca, Han Solo, Leia and Lando Calrissian.

Season 3= ARC Trooper, Anakin Ahsoka and Obi-Wan(New Outfits) and Savage Opress.

But then wouldn't TT have to pay for the rights to the TFU games?

I don't think so, the games are owned by LA anyway.

Well after reading stuff in the SW June sets, I would guess this.

Savaage would be definite.

Ki was already in the previous, so would say he is in.

Giving TLG is doing a new Maul I would say he is in.

Greedo was in the previous so I would say him, and Watto.

Would guess Vos and Eeth might be in.

I am just guessing as TLG are making sets this year with them that they will be in the new game.

Wait, what? *huh*

What LEGO magazine is that? The one from LEGO Club?

But good to know that it's coming in February. Let's hope they won't postpone it again.
