I'd love to get the new sets straight away but I may have to wait until I can get them on bricklink for £5-£15 cheaper (from the US) even after shipping costs. I'm pretty sure that the LEGO AT-TE is £59.99. The Hasbro AT-TE is £99.99.

Erdbeereis Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 I saw a clone pilot from the Torrent the other day that sold for $51. That's almost the price of the actual set! It's amazing how much some figs sell for.

Hewman Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 (edited) . 'Nuff said. Not only has the winning bidder put in a bid of $250 for set that's worth what $40? He/she also has an extra bid in on top of that, you don't want a sniper coming in and getting such a bargain to find you only missed by a few dollars, that is totally crazy. jamtf Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 (edited) def something fishy happened there! must have money burning a hole in their pocket! Someone managed to snag a 7780 Batman Batboat and Killer Croc set off this seller for just $203 . Both buyer and seller exchanged positive feedbacks indicating that this transaction was completed to mutual satisfaction... I can imagine if I would have been that seller... Y'know - I've heard rumors of folks selling items *coughdrugscough* under the false front of a completely different item. Folks who might know where to go and what to look for after being directed by a friend... But who knows? It probably was legit - just a lot of money for those sets...

BrickBot Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Who wants to spend 12K euros on Lego? click here. Whoa! Are all those MISB? Regardless, some of those sets look like their in great condition considering their age.
pr0visorak Posted September 26, 2008 Posted September 26, 2008 This si definetly madness. Althought the lego is in good condition but I would never pay that much for so little.I would rather buy the 3000 USD in ebay. There are like all the star wars sets ever made by lego.
