I think torsos are rarely (if ever?) used in basic sets without being used elsewhere. I doubt they would create an all new print just for a brick bucket... -darthperson Quote

They did create a pirate torso that was only ever featured in the pirate blocks building set, but pirate was a one-wave theme while City is continuous. Since City does not end, I bet we will see this torso used elsewhere someday. Quote
