May 29, 200915 yr I was forced to suffer through Night at the Museum 2: Battle at the Smithsonian. Such a bad and uninspired movie, not even funny. I only laughed once where the miniromans had a battle like the one in 300. And Ben Stiller sucks. I respectfully disagree I thought it was a funny movie with some great Imax effects and the storyline was good I just thought the end was kinda sloshy.
May 29, 200915 yr The last movie I saw was Coraline. the 3-D didn't push it, but it gave a really cool feel to it. The overall story was great and the animation was amazing. Next movie I'm gonna see will be Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
May 29, 200915 yr I saw Wolverine. It was pretty good, but I noticed that Wolverine had three different names (Jimmy, Logan, Wolverine... explain please?) and he did the dramatic "NOOO!" scream a lot. Otherwise, good movie. Jimmy was his actual name (well, I actually think it was James to be accurate). He adopted the name Wolverine after the story the woman told him. Logan was the name of his actual father, which at some point he apparently started using. Like how everyone was calling Sabertooth by the name Victor (because his name is Victor Creed).
May 31, 200915 yr Just saw "UP". It's a very nice movie with the original storytelling and quality animation that we came to expect from PIXAR. It does have some slow and depressing scenes (perhaps more than a cartoon should have) but not as many as WALL-E, so most of it is still a lot of fun! And the animated short film that runs before it is very funny too! So go watch it!
June 1, 200915 yr National Treasure: Book of Secrets. It's a good movie, although the clues are much more simpler than in National Treasure, which in my opinion, makes them kind of boring. Plus, one of the two Resolute desks is not, and never has resided, in Buckingham Palace. One's in the Oval Office, and one's in a "Whaling Museum" or something. Over all, the movie left something to be desired, and that is more interesting and well thought out clues. I'm also suprised that they actually killed off the villain of the movie, which is rather odd for a Disney movie. But it's still a good movie, and it's probably easier for kids to follow than the first film. I also suggest you don't try to see what's in the spoilers if you don't want to know what happens. I only laughed once where the miniromans had a battle like the one in 300. And Ben Stiller sucks. What I liked the first one and was looking forward to the second one. How did it compare to the first one? (If you have seen it) Just saw "UP". It's a very nice movie with the original storytelling and quality animation that we came to expect from PIXAR. I'm going to see it again on thursday.
June 16, 200915 yr I just saw the Mummy: TOTDE at home on (my) big screen. The film's so funny, but not as classic as The Mummy (1) Next movie I'm gonna see will be Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen... ...on this Saturday 20th with a mate. I don't know whether you're doing the same. The film looks amazing - I hope it can live up to the first film (it certainly can't improve )
June 17, 200915 yr I finally saw The Dark Knight the other day, after hearing so much about it for so long.
June 17, 200915 yr I finally saw The Dark Knight the other day, after hearing so much about it for so long. Props to you Its a really great movie. I saw Defiance yesterday. It was one of the most important and powerful movies I have ever seen. Now, some parts of it could have been stronger or exaggerated, the impact on history and the messages here are really powerful. I would recommend it.

Last film i saw was Babylon 5: In the beginning 7/10 It shows how the earth mimbari war was played out, but if you've seen the series, most of it wouldn't be that surprising.
June 22, 200915 yr Just watched Night of the Living Dead 3D (2006) for the first time the other night. I follow the guy who wrote the screenplay of it on Youtube, and it was on my Comcast On Demand thing, so I figured I might as well give it a shot. Not very good, but I've seen much, much worse.
June 22, 200915 yr I just saw Spiderman 3 on Dvd. I don't get what people don't like about it, I think its a great movie. Maybe even better than 2.
June 22, 200915 yr Whatched 300 last night, pretty epic. One of my favorite movies for action/fighting.
July 2, 200915 yr I just saw The Proposal, The Hangover, and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Meet the fockers... Would this not be less of a useless thread if you posted what you thought of the films you've watched?
July 2, 200915 yr I've just been introducing my 11 year old son to Star Wars - over the last few weeks we have watched all 6 live movies, plus the Clone Wars movie, plus most of the latest Clone Wars TV episodes (thank you Bit Torrent for the TV stuff - all the others on legit, paid for DVDs ). Other than that, my latest has been 'Hot Fuzz'. Brilliant movie, and a very clever and funny non-sequel to 'Shaun of the Dead'. Highly recommended to those with an evolved sense of humour.

I'm not sure, but I might consider all that Star Wars a little like Brainwashing. Anyway, I just watched Episode III on Spike. "Don't do it Anakin!"
July 4, 200915 yr Hellboy it's a nice movie good action some funny stuff "big red monkey" "ouch" "didn't i killed you already?!"
July 4, 200915 yr GoldenEye. Such an awesome movie, such awesome deatsh in the movie, such awesome action sequences. My favorite James Bond movie.
July 4, 200915 yr Knowing, should have been Will Smith, fits his typical starts out good then ends up making no sense. Was ok till i noticed it was nothing more than a religious propaganda film.
July 7, 200915 yr I just watched Iron Man for the seventh time. I love it. Robert Downey Jr. was perfect for Tony Stark. I am eagerly awaiting the sequel with Whiplash.
