Cutty Posted March 4, 2006 Posted March 4, 2006 finally came to watch that "The Last Days of Pompeji" DVD I bought recently. Well given it's directed by Sergio Leone ("Once Upon A Time In The West")...it is still lacking. I cannot quite describe how, but from an archaeologists point of view, I could point out A LOT! The whole movie hereby roots in the old "Good Christians vs. Bad Romans" topos...so younger fans of antiquity-movies (*cough* Gladiator *cough*) might be put off by its "style"... I cannot say whether it's a good or bad movie. It's just too different from my usual viewing preferences. Quote
Aredhel Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 I saw Lost in Space yesterday and after that Spiderman 2 as go-to-sleep movie ;-) Quote
