JoeMI6 Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 Saw Casino Royale today. A contender for the best Bond film ever methinks. Everything about it was great, some nice action, good acting, brilliant score and cool script. Quote
ImperialJohn Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Pirates of the Caribbean 2 - A little late I'll admit. Is it just me missing E. Swan dressed up as a lady? *wub* Quote
Scouty Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 She dressed up in the first one as well. POTC2!?! That came out months ago, from where I live. Quote
xwingyoda Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 I watched yet another brilliant movie called... The Prestige 8- Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 I watched Belleville Rendezvous when I was ill on Monday. It was a very good film, I don't know why, and it was very odd. Not sure what else to say... Quote
JoeMI6 Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Spiderman 1 and 2. The new trailer of the third film got me all psyched up, and now I can't wait til next year! Quote
KMOI Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Just watched Casino Royale last night! It was absolutely mindblowing! Awesome acting, great action, incredible soundtrack and all in all an absolutely thrilling ride. Craig did a stunning job as Bond! There were also alot of really good moments, such as that fight in the beginning, those scenes with Bond and Vesper and that Venice fight. Say, did anyone else laugh alot during this movie? I know I did! Bond's lines were incredible in this movie! Quote
JoeMI6 Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Yeah, I laughed a fair bit. "Oh yeah, that last round nearly killed me" ;-) I saw one amazing movie today. POD. Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny. I haven't laughed so much in ages, unfortunately, there are some great jokes only fans of the D will get, but if you aren't a fan of the D, you've been missing out. It's got some great music, and Jack Black is still one of the funniest men alive. It will rock your socks off. Quote
Brainbox Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Yeah, I've just watched Casino Royale today. Great! The construction site scenes, the supremly beautiful Eva Green, the surprisingly catchy theme tune. And yes I did laugh. A lot. Unfortunately, it was a little distracted at times by someone sat behind me trying to guess what was coming next :-| . But no Q :'-( . Quote
Loco de Lego Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 I just wached Revenge Of The Pink Panther it was very fun Did Any one like the new pink Panther, I didn 't like it that much :-/ . A week ago I saw Borat It was hilarious. :-D I liked went they drove in an into a park and they where driving a ice cream truck and it sill had the music on and all the kids in the park come rushing up put borat has a live bear in truck and when the kids see the bear they rush away from the ice cream truck. :-D Quote
oo7 Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 Watched oo7 last weekend. X-D I loved it and think it is one of the better Bond films. The beginning scene where Bond chases the monkey gone human around, up and down that building under construction was pretty clever and I also liked how this one was more "down to earth" (literally; Moonraker was insane). Interesting things I noticed include; A. No feminine silhouettes dancing in the beginning credits! X-O ( X-D ) B. The only time the classic Bond theme song was played was in the end credits! X-O ( :-) ) C. Sony must have payed millions! Bond, Le Cheffre and M all have Vaio laptops and Vesper has a Sony Camera, all which got close-up shots! (This oo7 has a Vaio Laptop too, infact, he uses it to type all his posts, including this one) Quote
El Bucanero Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I bought POTC DMC last Saturday, that was probably the last movie I watched... Quote
