Tariq j Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 Well I think it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what I watched (Rogue One) Quote
rodiziorobs Posted December 21, 2016 Posted December 21, 2016 Quiz show, followed by O Brother Where Art Thou. I wasn't meaning to, but it looks like I went on a mini Jon Turturro marathon. Quote

Artanis I Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Home Alone - on Christmas afternoon... 20 odd years since the last time I saw it, but my sister & I were both delivering everyone's lines for most of the movie anyway I put in a mention for them to watch A Christmas Story next year (no one else had seen it, ever - so I will fix that) Quote
samurai-turtle Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 Well I rented two DVDs for Christmas. The first one I watched was Spectre. Then I watched Batman: Return of the Caped Crusader. Spectre is a basic James Bond movie. The Batman:RotCC is an animated movie based on the 60's TV show. It even have some of the actors from the original TV show. Quote
Leo604 Posted December 27, 2016 Posted December 27, 2016 Rewatched Ex Machina this morning - intelligent and Turing test-capable AI are probably the scariest thing in technology right now. Quote
dr_spock Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 The Sword Identity. Kind of like a Friends minidoll trying to establish a new playing style in a LEGO CITY of old school traditional style play minifigures. Quote
VaderFan2187 Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Home Alone 2. It was on TV so... Spotted the Donald Trump cameo Quote
StarWars8Spoiler Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 Had a 4-movie marathon of the Indiana Jones saga. Then I watched Almost Famous. Quote

samurai-turtle Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Well I ended up renting two more movies. The first one I watched is Sausage Party. It is what you expect from a Seth Rogen movie. Then I watched Kubo and the Two Strings. This one is the better of the two movies. I think it is on par with some of the Pixar movies. Quote
npgcole Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Singin' in the Rain, for obvious reasons. Quote

rodiziorobs Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 The Finest Hours. A little slow paced, and the beginning feels a bit jumbled, but overall it was pretty good. Quote
BaneShake Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 The Hateful Eight. Absolutely loved it, my roommate had an existential crisis from how bleak it was. Quote
