Finished watching "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure". I think I actually learned something from it!

Right now I'm watching E.T. on Nickelodeon and probably going to see Speed Racer later this weekend.

I watched the original Bionicle movie: Mask of Light.

To tell you the truth, despite being a devout bionicle fan, I've never watched the first one until now, although I have watched the second and third. The animation and graphics were the best part, and the music and voices were decent, considering that this is a kids movie. The script... eh, not as good as I'd like it to be.

Still, I think it's pretty good considering how so many direct to DVD movies have come out - and I hope that the second trio of bionicle movies that will start in 2009 are better. :classic:

Speed Racer. Really great, I agree with everything Sam said. Lot better than I thought it would be. Although the colours were beginning to give me a headache by the end.

I don't know if this counts as a movie but

I just watched the Top Gear Polar Special

Personally, I'd say it doesn't. But I don't really care, that's a great piece of TV. I watched Big Trouble in Little China. Funny to see Kurt Russell do an action comedy, and it was just good fun as far as movies go.

Just saw Prince Caspian. Really good, though scenes just didn't feel like Narnia, and there weren't enough variety in animals. Minor annoyances, though.

I'm whatching the Indy marathon on SciFi right now! :sweet: Man, those movies are fun! Can't wait for the new one! Only four days until it comes out! *oh2*

Yeah I'm in a really indy mood right now!

Speed Racer

I couldn't agree more with Sam, it was a really great movie!

I didn't think it was going to be any good because all of the negative feedback and crap

But it was truly amazing, It was just as good as Iron Man was, if not better!!:sweet:

Slowly getting in that mood myself, planning to do a Indy marathon with a couple of friends on Wednesday before going to the cinema to see number 4

Indy on!

Went to see Iron Man with my dad on Friday. A very good film, and lots of nice in-jokes. My dad hurried us off, so I missed the post-credits scene. :hmpf_bad:

Hopefully, I'll go and see Speed Racer in the next couple of weeks. It looks really good.

...Apart from that, brilliant, I look forward to the sequel.

In response to Brainbox, I've also seen Iron Man the same time as you on Friday and I agree with your comment.

Just to say to Batbrick, I would rather have a different Marvel Hero film than another of Iron Man.

Saw a brand new Hulk trailer, I thought they released a Hulk movie about 3 years back!

Great Marvel films could be:

1. Black Panther

2. Deadpool (ooo YESSS)

3. Captain America (even though I live in the UK)

There's a Black Panther and Captain America film in the works and Deadpool is going to be in the new Wolverine: Origins film, played by Ryan Reynolds.

I believe Marvel are planning to release 2 films every year starting with Iron Man and Hulk this year.

On a side note, I think the new Hulk film looks awful.

They did. But it's generally regarded as somewhere in the region of 'not brilliant', so Marvel decided to make a new one, in house.

Along with Thor, Ant-Man and Avengers.

Last night, I watched Indiana Jones, Raiders of the Lost Ark. The first movie which was produced in 1981. I really enjoyed watching the actions and its plot. Very nice indeed. Now, I am able to relate my Indiana Jones set better as why they are created in such manner. Will continue the trilogy and finish it soon before hitting to the big screen, Crystal Skull

Tae Guk Gi a Korean film about the Korean war very sad but good movie

Last night, I watched Indiana Jones, Temple of Doom. It looks real exciting. The whole movie was filmed in Shanghai and India which was produced in 1984. I must admit that I enjoyed it very much. One more movie to go, before heading to the big screen where the Crystal Skull will be rolled! :cry_happy:

i watched speed racer. The story is not bad just that i don't like the graphic

On Friday I went to see Iron Man, which was a really good movie, the CGI and story were done pretty well. I may even make a MOC or two based on scenes from the movie. Hope they make a sequel :sweet: .

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, great movie, though Last crusade and Raiders are my favourite.

And Indiana Jones 4 tonight!

Batbrick Away!

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

I'll be nice, no spoilers. (at least I'll try )

So, there it was, and it was good. Certainly better than Temple of Doom, but not as good as Raiders and Last Crusade. But still, very good. I was satisfied with all the actors, was a bit worried before about how well Cate Blanchett would work as a Russian, but she was great. And I really liked seeing a female badguy, that was really nice  Also, Russians as badguys worked fine, no need for nazis. Harrison Ford is old though, it was very obvious. However, I wasn't disappointed, perhaps even a tiny bit impressed :classic:

And finally, one thing I'm curious about if anyone has seen: Any reference to THX 1138? (I certainly didn't notice any.. )

Indy 4, I hated it. Aliens? Overabundant CGI? Useless characters? UFO's? WHAT THE HECK!

:cry_sad:

I'm so sad now..

Batbrick Away!

Indiana Jones!

Karen Allen showed that she couldn't act, but Shia LeBoef did a good job as Mutt Jones.

Great film. Far from perfect, but still I highly recommend it.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. As a continuation of the Indy series, it was okay. 3 and a half stars on that count - Indiana Jones and UFOs don't mix. However, as a standalone film, not comparing it with the other three, it was really good. It all moved along very fast, and Cate Blanchett was excellent! So, by itself, I'd give it 4 and a half stars.

TK

Saw Indy 4, Iron Man (hence the sig) and Speed Racer in one night. The latter movie was a waste of $20, but the former movies were amazing! Now, someone tell me why we have a Speed Racer liscence.

I saw Indy 4 yesterday. And i was very disappointed. This wasn't a good indy film...

UFO's do not belong to Indy movies!

ox was a very useless character.

and why could indy survive an atom bomb in a fridge???
