Posted February 21, 201015 yr The ME934-RT4-LE aka Mertle, stands for Medical, Evacuation, Return, Transport, Light, Enforcer. Basically it drives into the battle field, saves lives, and then has the firepower to get them out to safety. Built for the battlefields of Post Apoc France The moc has a set-like feel, with all of the opening hatches and removable features. The roof lifts off, the side doors open and the back opens up. February 21, 201015 yr Hello! That's a quite clever and highly movable design you're presenting to us here. The flexibility reminds me a bit to the old Space Police I Spy-Trak. My only concern is that for the highly versatile mission profile which it is intended for, it could be a disadvantage that the middle section is so close to the ground. It would be great if you could hang it a bit higher between the main axles so that it has no difficulties in the terrain. Cheers, ~ Christopher
February 22, 201015 yr I like it. But it does look low to the ground in some spots. And I am wondering where the tires & brown panels are from? My guess the tires are from some technic set. And the brown panels from a Star Wars set, the MTT perhaps.
February 22, 201015 yr It speaks to me, especially the first photo. Love the look of it. But like others said it has a sad ground clearance. Also the turning radius seem a tad poor and the design is too clean for a post apocalyptic setting? But that's just minor things I don't like, overall it's a great MOC! Edit: Oh, and nice use of minifig legs! :D Edited February 22, 201015 yr by Tobbe Arnesson
February 22, 201015 yr That looks straight out of a mad max film, I like it, kind of like post apocalyptic.
February 22, 201015 yr Great stuff. The color scheme is really nice and certainly adds to the total feel of the MOC. Keep it up.
March 6, 201014 yr Wow, a truly beautiful moc! I love the playability you were able to build into this design, and while it may be a bit close to the ground, yes(watch out for large-ish boulders) it truly looks to be a powerhouse for its setting. Well done mate Edited March 6, 201014 yr by Fires-storm
March 6, 201014 yr That color scheme is...uh...familiar somehow. Wait a Minute!!! You better watch it! Tony Stark is going to come after you for copyright infringement for the red/gold color scheme. ;) The vehicle has really nice smooth lines that gives it a very futuristic look. You did a very good job of making the vehicle look well armored, but still be able to keep it looking nice and not too boring. There are some nice greebles around that make it look machine. And of course, to those are some beautifully giant tires.
