Thanks and God Bless,

Does it by any chance look like this, where there's basically an empty post and the button graphics are shifted around? I've been seeing that it seems at least once in every thread since the recent board revisions. I was going to ask about it and figured that might be what you're experiencing as well...?

Well now that we've verified it's at least more than one member having this problem, does any EB staff have any what's going on? It can make browinsg threads incredibly frustrating at times.

what browser are you guys using ?

It appears that it's just Firefox. I'm on my work Mac and I'm having the problem on Firefox 1.5 but not IE 5.2 or Safari 1.3.2. At home on my PC I know it happens on Firefox but I don't use any other browser there to check against.

I double-checked the goofy posts through IE, where they display properly, and they don't seem to have anything in common that's triggering the glitch. At first I thought maybe it was any post that had a quote in it, but then found some that didn't have a quote and were broken or do have a quote and work fine.

Use a decent browser hornteeth.gif

Iam using the only one decent- Firefox that is.

This prob has been appearing alot lately, very annoying. Sometimes, Ive seen two posts "mend" together into one, just that the second one does not show the author, only what is written in a enlarged pause (the white background) field... Its wierd.

Just note that I only had to ask one question, which was the right one :-D Well Firefox has some issues with different scripts used by various boards, and there isn't much I can do about this, sorry

With regard to Firefox not beign a decent browser, I can't even access the Eurobricks site on IE. And how many oppertunities has Microsoft had to put a tabs feature on IE< and are now using at as a selling point for Windows Vista.

Every big(ger) company does that, it's nothing new...

I use an IE add-on (Maxthon) and can view everything with it. I don't like the look-and-feel of FF and it needs too much of those extensions until it does what I want (and it can't do a few things maxthon can). So, FF is crap, Maxthon is decent, and my opinion is subjective, of course.

I think we should leave it at that and don't get off-topic too much, though
