It's also in the "City" section, which before was only used for the old release Town sets or Junior City sets.

I reworded it so it would be correct....

Another Police Station is being constructed in LEGO City, Police State, and it's your job to help make it happen so the police can watch the 5 World City citizens even more! Use the mini digger to get the job done, so the police can arrest those remaining 5 evil citizens!

What German site?

Another great sign is the fact it's only $3 for 36 pieces, if it were made a year or two ago it would be $4.

What do you mean which site????

The one that you got all the pics from!! Jeez....there isn't another German site with 2005 set pictures. |:||-/

So the sets we saw were still in construction? (hehe :D)

I think these look good, they are not much different than the prototypes but they look better now that they are finished off. Is there any more pictures though? I only saw the crane, street cleaner and the small truck.

EDIT - On further inspection I have noticed that the crane has actually changed quite a bit. The wheels are bigger, the cockpit is different and pistons holding the crane up are changed. The figs are also different.

I wonder why they posted a pic of a half contructed crane with box art before releasing the actual one! *wacko*

I agree, this model is pretty cool, but not as good as the first. The first set reminded me of the good old sets from my childhood days.

Missing all these 'the-prototype-was-better' replies?

The 'real one' is of the same length, 2 studs wider, has better wheels, better color scheme and long telescopic boom.

The _only_ drawback I see is the absence of metal hook.

EDIT: And the reason of the 'prototype' pictures - the scans are most probably from German dealer catalogue. Because it takes some time to prepare printed materials, there's no wonder the have to put there 'unfinished' pictures. And it's also clear to see, that most boxes there are just mockups.

They all look great to me.

The crane looks pretty much the same just wider.

The new dugger thing looks more real, its thicker and looks like it can get the jop done.

Better wheels?? that is a matter of opinion. By making it two studs wider, it is harder to get it to stay on one side of a city street. I like the first one because of the wheels, color scheme and scale.

Jindroush, how do you get these pictures? And have you got any idea when we'll see the first pics for the Episode III sets?
