lego-maniac Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Vancouvert is closed but not at home ! A really good game for my 5 years old boy ! ;) it will be to hard for me to explain how does it work in english so, let the pictures talk ! Quote
lightningtiger Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Dam COOL ! Air power ski jump MOC .......again COOL ! Love the design of it I do, fantastic 'lego-maniac' and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Davey Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Very cool! I love the concept and the overall build is great. The only addition I would love to see is a hill to perch this on top of. This would be a great addition to a mountain scene on a train layout. -Davey Quote
BlueBard Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Wonderful! The curved technique is really nice, never thought it could be used on a ski-jump Quote
lego-maniac Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Indeed this is a WORK IN PROGRESS. I have to make the arrival area whith people in circle but I'm on a BIG moc thoses days and all my whites bricks are used. I'll have to wait but I think my soon will disassembled it soon... :( Quote
prateek Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Nice use of that curve technique, and I love the game you made at the end Quote
Rufus Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Nice idea! I love the pneumatic launch, and the wing-pieces for the trees works surprisingly well. It's not the prettiest MOC in the world - it scores higher for technical merit than artistic impression (to mix winter olympic metaphors), but still, good job! I look forward to the finished article. ImLost Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 What a unique MOC! I'm curious as to how far the skiers are actually launched. Do they fly way beyond the slope? If you have a video, I'd be glad to see it. Well done! Quote
