If you are reffering to this:

that is new rechargeable battery box, used just like othersbattery boxes, just is smaller and much easier to use, with its compact size and 4h charging time, it is really nice to have one.

Also it has orange dial which is used to adjust speed, 7 speeds in both directions.

Unfortunatelly it is very expensive, and require proper Lego charger.
