Help - online instructions missing a page

Could some kind, helpful soul please scan this page for me? Both the Lego and Peeron PDFs have the same problem. How appropriate that unlucky page 13 should be bad. :pir-skull:

I will be happy to insert the good scan into the PDF and send the corrected file to Lego and Peeron. For that, the higher resolution the scan, the better.
