benny Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 For my Farm MOC series, i made a cow house before. After transportation of milk by milk tank lorry, it needs a milk factory to manufacture of milk (bottle packing) For my town planning, i made the milk factory in european building style. It is in red with black color. It is a small factory, its size is only 16x32. It has the cockloft control room. The ground floor is the factory room. Only three workers are working. The first step is transferring the milk into the collecting tank. Then the milk is transported by the duct to the pasteuration milk tank for disinfection. After that , the milk is prepacked by the packing machine. Then the milk is packing in bottle. Finally, the bottled milk stored in a box then transported by the refrigerator lorry Quote
RoryoCox Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Very nice benny. I like the exterior colours. Also the interior details and loading bay is very good. The vehicles are also well designed. Well Done Quote
Lord Arjay Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Nice mik factory benny. The vehicles go together nicely with it. As Burman said the coours are really nice. I love all the details in the details in the interior youve managed to make it look quite realistic with the space you had. Well Done! Quote

I am satisfactory to the outlook and color of the factory. As the size of the factory is not too big, it has only the small size equipment only. However, it is interesting to make the ffarm and factory series. The minifigures have thier own jobs, not only the police or fireman. Quote
BlueBard Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Great! The interior machinery is especially impressive Quote
Lorentzen Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Excellent MOC - so many details, and so many great ideas :) My favourite detail is your use of transparent cones for "bottles" that you have replaced with white cones after they have been filled with milk. Quote
Blondie-Wan Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Now that is a really attractive, compelling (and original!) piece of work, and one that I'm sure will add immensely to the farm. Not working on a farm, I don't know / can't fully appreciate how realistic all the details you've put in and described are, but it certainly seems extremely well thought-out. And the building exterior is quite lovely, and the trucks look great. Quote
CMP Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 It's modular too? Awesome! I like the colors and the trucks, and the whole looks like it could fit in with both CIty and CLASSIC tOWN! Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 AWESOME 'Benny' - looks like rural MOC's are the in thing at moment eh ? Great interior (but I would a headlight clip with that t-piece for the milk valve between tanks - it would then look like a real one) - nice truck too ! How about a cream seperator, butter churn and a cheese room - that would be come a real dairy factory eh ? Fantastic design and build 'benny'....... really I'm a conformist! ! Quote

You are the professor of food manufacturing. If i add the cream seperator, butter churn and a cheese room , i have to modifiy it into 32x32 in size. Let me consider it. a headlight clip with that t-piece for the milk valve between tanks ...........let me try it! Quote

I plan to make more this classic style building, i will add some functional points into them. Besides, some asian or japanese style will be added too. My next builidng is Hong Kong style chinese restaurant, i am making it in this week. It is also 16x32 in size. It will be placed next to the milk factory! Quote
Princess Muttonchops Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Gorgeous MOC Benny! I love the edging of the roof and facade, and all the details you've managed to cram inside. Great work! Quote

WhiteFang Posted April 10, 2010 Posted April 10, 2010 Great to see you sharing with us, another great town building of yours, and this time, you came back with an idea of processing milk. I must admit that the details on both exterior and interior are very detailed and nicely constructed. You even taken transportation into account. This has been blogged in Classic Town.net, Quote
I Scream Clone Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 A really nice Milk factory Benny. Lots of action as you progress through the factory and the trucks and outer facade are nicely built. Great stuff even down to the sidewalk Quote
