This is a model of a Type VIIB U-boat.

Its exactly 100 studs long.

it doesn't have much internal detail yet... When I'm finished the deck will be able to lift off and I'll have a control room, torpedo room, and engineering room detailed on the inside.

I'm not terrible happy with how the back came out... you can't really see it in the pictures but the bottom of the back part of the sub slopes up.

close up of the deck. You can see the hatch and the machine gun in the conning tower, the two deck guns(not terribly happy with how those came out either), the snorkel and a bunch of sensory equipment.

Actually only really old history goes in History. If we had everything "historic" in History people would be putting Bros MOCs in here too.

(First off, you should of cleaned off the dust, it is a little distracting.)

That sea looks a little rough, a guy could easily get sea sick.

It looks pretty good for a submarine. Is their a inside to the submarine?

Yeah samuraiturtle I should have cleaned the parts off a little more... this is actually a rebuild of another U-Boat I made and I was to lazy to brush off the pieces...

haha yeah maybe a bit too rough. I'll take some pics of the sub without the "water". and some better pics of the front and back.

Thanks, yeah there is an inside but I don't have very much detail on the inside yet. I'll hopefully finish the inside this weekend or something and then I'll post some pics.

Your submarine is awesome, the guns are a bit week, but the overall is A++. I don't mean to minimod but shouldn't this go in licensed? It is the submarine from raiders I believe.

Nice. Shouldn't the guns be pointed at Indy? It could use some dusting, submarines don't get dusty out at sea.
