My sincerest condolences to the family. Though I am not a personal friend, I have come across his truely great work. It's hard loosing a family member so suddenly, I know it is, especially in an everyday act like driving. I only hope his family are dealing well with it.

a great loss to the space community as well. Nate's trademark was his creativity. He always tried to expand the Lego universe by trying new things, adding new parts, Lego or not... He was an inspiration to many of us. We'll miss him...

It seems unnecessary to me, to be honest I was unsure whether to post this in the first place. Besides, pinned topics tend to be ignored more often than not. Thus we use pinning when we want to make something easier to find rather than when we want to highlight something.
