benny Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 I have the 10182 and 10185. I want to make them to higher, so i made extra floor of 10182 and 10185. The cost is not expensive but the effect is good. I used the light grey color with brown color as the main color of extra floor of 10182. The tan color is applied in 10185. The procedure is nearly copying of the original one. Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Excellent sleeping quarters and BAR - cool overhead wine glass rack like in a real wine bar ! Great designing the extra floor on each of those buildings - sadly it makes my single storey ironmongers look tiny compared to your buildings - again excellent work 'benny' and I'm a conformist! ! Fugazi Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Nice MODs! Your additions are both well designed, although I feel Green Grocer is a bit too colourful now. For Cafe Corner I think your extra floor nails it very well, the colours blend together nicely. Good work! Quote
ACCURATEin Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 x2 on the overhead wine glass! That's an excellent idea. Quote
not-in-use-anymore Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Oh, when I saw the title I thought it meant that the floor builds itself! Nice interior too. Quote
prateek Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 The grey on CC makes it less flushed with brown, which is a good thing, and the same goes for the tan level on the GG. Great job Quote

Great job Thanks for your comments! As i don't have enough brown tile and sand green bricks, i used the light grey tile and tan bricks to replace them. I am happy so many lego fans like them. Quote
t20a1h5u23 Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 I really like both of the extra stories! Great job! Did you make an interior for the tan Green Grocer floor? Also, I think the Green Grocer looks kind of weird with the tan floor on the bottom and two green floors on top. I'd have to see it, but I think it might look better in between the original two floors. Great job, "benny!" Quote
