LittleFan wants that brick to be decoratable, and I'm sure BrickWild has a reason for wanting the old version.

That cen be problematicle in LDD. I think its impossible in LDD.

Decals is one thing.. but tileprinted?

It's frustratingly difficult to work around as I've not found a substitute solution that looks even vaguely right and is usable in every place it appears. Annoyingly the glass piece for it is in LDD, mocking me every time I look in the windows section.

There are some other 1x4x5 doors I'd quite like too, but I'm happy using alternatives there.

That's the odd thing, it's the only part it (2494 Glass 4x5) can fit in according to BrickLink, so it's useless on it's own. I suppose it's possible they just modelled all the common glass sizes at once since they're a fairly easy shape to make. Either that or just forgot to include the frame.

This part doesn't exist in LDD. I know it's dumb to include the piston, but not the cylinder.

Hi all

I've been spending some time looking through this thread and trying to compile a list of parts wanted by us. I've tried to pick the most important (and that are fairly new, i.e. reasonable chance they will be added). What do you guys say. Does it look good? And what about the last one (16 tooth reinforced). What do you Technic gurus say - is it important enough to be on the list?

16 tooth gear isnt that important IMO. Maybe you could also add power function switch, lights and differentials to the list, as they are also used a lot.

Agreed on the 16 tooth gear, it's a very minor visual change - the part is pretty much totally interchangable with the existing 16 tooth gear. The differential (62821) is probably a much more desirable part.

I don't think Superkalle knows when updates and new releases will occur- he had no idea when we'd get LDD 4. And if he did, I assume TLG wouldn't let him say so.
