Posted May 5, 201014 yr American Revolutionaries ambush British scouts felling the way before the main British army making its way toward Albany, New York. The battle was later called the Battle of Bennington. Props to the ever-clever SlyOwl for the wall technique. Bigger pics can be found here. Enjoy! ~SR~ Edited May 6, 201014 yr by Lego_Warlord_8
May 5, 201014 yr Wow, this is beautiful! I love the large amount of brown, and the setup with the trees in general is fantastic! The grass is a nice touch too. Good luck! Those trees just rock! ~Insectoid Aristocrat
May 5, 201014 yr Nice job! Looks great as does all of your MOCs. Clean and crisp! I love it, but which battle of the American Revolution does this MOC depict? Edited May 5, 201014 yr by Capt. Stabbin
May 5, 201014 yr Author Nice job! Looks great as does all of your MOCs. Clean and crisp! I love it, but what which battle of the American Revolution does this MOC depict? It's not a specific battle, just a skirmish.
May 5, 201014 yr It's not a specific battle, just a skirmish. I don't think thats allowed. But other than that, nice MOC.
May 5, 201014 yr Very nice job Lego_Warlord_8! The design of the trees and rocks are amazing! I also like the texture on the ground. LegoGalactus

May 5, 201014 yr What a lovely scene. I love the trees adn rocks, I am kind of wanting a dark background to give more of the jungle feel, but that's minor, I really likethis. So much in fact.
May 5, 201014 yr Nice MOC! I like your trees and the jumping soldier And frightened redcoats are also a nice thing to see. Good luck in the contest!
May 5, 201014 yr Haven't seen you around in a while. Good to see you building again. This looks really amazing. You did a fatastic job with the forrest. Good luck!
May 5, 201014 yr The rules for the contest clearly state that it is supposed to based an an real battle, not sure your entry meets those requirements.
May 6, 201014 yr I'm with capt. stabbin on that, however I absolutely love this moc! Anything and everything... great, clean splendor though I think you could of used something besides cheries. they look like... something else...
May 6, 201014 yr Author Haven't seen you around in a while. Good to see you building again. I've been around and MoCing, but I haven't been on Eurobricks. I really should get more active around here. The rules for the contest clearly state that it is supposed to based an an real battle, not sure your entry meets those requirements. I just fixed that problem. ;^)

May 7, 201014 yr Very nice trees! The idea of an ambush is also great, it's always nice to see something different. Maybe you might want to change the blood of those soldiers dying in the front. The cherrys can IMO be confused too easily. Sill a great entry; as others have stated already, you have a fair chance to win. -Perfectionist
May 7, 201014 yr Author Maybe you might want to change the blood of those soldiers dying in the front. The cherrys can IMO be confused too easily. Is it really that bad? Maybe that's where he got shot or something like that... ~SR~

May 16, 201014 yr I feel so sorry for that screaming british scout :pir_bawling: maybe you should put a give the scouts pistols though. large guns like those would weigh the scouts down.
