CMP Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 The problem is, how many OT planets are there? Yavin IV Hoth Bespin Endor And as a krayt dragon once said: 'What kind of cruel god would a create an entire planet out of one geographical feature?', so planets like Ryloth and Felucia are welcome to me. DarthSion Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 Well could still have an epic battle on one of those planets. Quote
Lego Freak Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 I just saw it, it was a okay episode. But I felt it was a bit short, maybe they should have spread it out over two episodes. Also I'm disappointed by the lack of clone troopers in season 3, even when you can see them their only there for a couple of seconds. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 I actually liked the Assassin episode very much, yeah some of the scenes look a bit rushed but that's what we would expect from a 20-minute show. I really like Ahsoka's dream/premonition visual and audio effects, as well as how the episode built up the tension on the assassination attempt on Padme. As the season goes by I'm becoming more and more of an Ahsoka fan, you could just see her characterization progressing from a young punk jedi to a more mature, skillful, and competent jedi. (looks like my theory of building up Ahoka's character in the series is holding up to be true.) Take that Antisokas! Quote

Forresto Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 Oh god so do they want him in jail or not Well this last episode is set before the season 1 finale. -Season 2 finale -Assassin -hostage crisis -Hunt for Ziro Quote
commanderneyo Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 I'm not sure if any of you guys have read this. This episode, more than others, reveals the convoluted chronology of stories from the first two seasons. The Season Two finale, "Lethal Trackdown," actually takes place before the Season One finale, "Hostage Crisis." In a chronological flow of events, the series begins with the action on Christophsis ("Cat and Mouse," "The Hidden Enemy"), which introduces Ahsoka to the Clone Wars ("The New Padawan," which was incorporated into feature film). Then, the kidnapping of Rotta the Hutt introduces Ziro the Hutt, and the movie ends with Ziro's incarceration. Many Season One and Season Two episodes then follow, with Season Two's trilogy of Boba Fett episodes introducing Aurra Sing into the storyline. The crashing of the Slave I leads the Jedi to mistakenly believe that Aurra is dead, until she surfaces in this episode, which brings back Ziro -- chronologically -- for the first time since his imprisonment. The story continues in the next Season Three episode, "Evil Plans", and Aurra will somehow be freed from captivity in time for Cad Bane's attack on the Senate in Season One's "Hostage Crisis." The drama surrounding Ziro and his freedom then picks up in "Hunt for Ziro," the ninth episode of this season. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 (edited) Argh, this complex chronology is really confusing the hell out of me. Couldn't they just have made it the simple kiddo's 1-2-3 chronology? Anyway, thanks for sharing commanderneyo, now to read (and try to understand) it the second time. I think I get it now: 1) Cat and Mouse (S2) 2) The Hidden Enemy (S1) 3) Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie 4) Boba Fett Trilogy (S2) 5) Assassin (S3) 5) Evil Plans (S3) 6) Hostage Crisis (S1) 7) Hunt for Ziro (S3) Whew! Corvus Posted October 24, 2010 Author Posted October 24, 2010 Damn. I don't mind one or two prequels, but this is getting ridiculous. Imagine how confused the little kiddies at home must be. Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 Won't somebody please think of the children! Sorry, could resist! I saw Assassin, and whilst it was in no means brilliant, it was certainly a step in the right direction. Next weeks looks good too, nice to see Cad Bane return! Quote
Penitent Tangent Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 Surprised to see this episode getting so little attention, personally, I think it was easily the best episode of the season so far. One of the best they've ever done, actually. Once again, it showed Ahsoka acting a lot more mature than what people give her credit for and while it wasn't the most action packed episode, it dealt with the character relationships perfectly. Aurra Sing makes a really great villain as well.. Episode was only let down by having Zirro. :P Quote

We finally get a speaking part for him! I can't wait! Edit: Sorry about the outburst but I'm quite glad that we get to see him. This also opens up the possibility of getting him in a summer 2011 set. In one of the trailers we saw Cad Bane fighting Obi-Wan with a green lightsaber. I bet that saber is the lightsaber of Quinlan Vos Quote

XimenaPaulina Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I'm excited to see Vos finally appearing in the next episode! I hope the series will do justice on his characterization, as I personally think he's one cool jedi with dark-side tendencies. Also I realized something. In one of the trailers we saw Cad Bane fighting Obi-Wan with a green lightsaber. I bet that saber is the lightsaber of Quinlan Vos That's a bummer if that assumption is true. That means Vos got beat (electrocuted) by cunning Bane to get ahold of his lightsaber. Darn you Bane! Edit: Sorry about the outburst but I'm quite glad that we get to see him. This also opens up the possibility of getting him in a summer 2011 set. We will get him in an upcoming set, I'm pretty sure about that. They already leaked his minifig in the T6 mis-rumour, so it's just a matter of time until we get the Vos fig. Quote

commanderneyo Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 The hut council? That just sounds weird. But its nice to know Vos will be in the next episode This what i have gathered so far. Ziro is wanted for dead by the Hutt Council But Either Jabba hires Cad Bane to save Ziro or Bane offers Jabba millions of credits as long as he turns on the Hutt Council. Cad Bane later steals Quinlan Vos Lightsaber and duels Obi-Wan, then Bane runs off and Bane ambushes Obi, Electrocuting him and knocking him unconcious. I have not worked out the ending yet. Isn't Vos in the episode after the next one? Cad Bane captures C-3PO in this week's episode, right? I think he thought episode 9 was the next episode. But anyway Vos is in not the next episode but the episode after. Quote
