Star Wars: The Clone Wars: season 3 discussion

Wow, the second half-trailer looks awesome! DoTF of course stirs up the excitement, but the stunning graphics are just lovely (Felucia at night is ). This might be the saving grace for the whole Season 3. Even if I like Ahsoka's character, I'm very much ok with her falling to the Dark Side, it really gives the whole series a much-needed twist of fate. I'm eagerly looking forward for the second half of the season.

She is taken over by Dark Magic by someone evil (Maybe that guy who did the Purple lightning) to lure Anakin to the darkside by fighting him.

Yep, that's the one. I am guessing it belongs to a bounty hunter since it doesn't have CIS colors. Wouldn't mind seeing it in Lego form!

Well, that's not very surprising, actually. It really would have been a bit strange, falling to the dark side in one episode.

Nah, you could have your 10 bucks. Looks like you're right (below). Well IMO, it would have been really great for the whole series if Ahsoka totally lost it and fell completely fell to the Dark Side.

Yeah, doesn't really look as sith-like to me as some had claimed earlier. The yellowishness of her eyes (or just the left eye, actually) is probably just because of the lighting. If it was really supposed to be Darth Maul style eyes, they would glow much more.

My guess is that she'll be controlled by that evil purple-lightining-guy for a while, and just before she kills Anakin, she'll snap out of it and be back to notmal, and then they'll kick his skinny behind together. You know, the usual cliche good-guy-possessed-by-bad-guy story.

Actually I am disappoint, while I like Ahsoka, if she had of gone dark side, maybe died it would at least have shut up the haters.

Although obvious they would not kill off a main character especially one I bet is very popular amongst the younger female viewers.

When Filoni said it would pick up he sure wasnt lying! Im not quite sure what to say really, it all looks so interesting but I think a lot of it will be shrouded in some story that could ruin it, like the Ahsoka bit.

You're porbably right. The cliche CW stories are starting to get on my nerves. Though I'll continue watching the show to the end, I sincerly hope they improve their writing.
