Siegfried Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Honest Nirmal Hello beauteous one! Princess Tamina Er... hello? Honest Nirmal I notice there that you are on a camel. Princess Tamina Yes, thanks for that. Honest Nirmal No, no, no, you misunderstand! Someone such as you deserves something much grander! Princess Tamina ..and I suppose you have it? Honest Nirmal Indeed I do! I present my stretched elephant! Princess Tamina Oh my! Honest Nirmal Yes, 2000 years of selective breeding you see before you! Princess Tamina I'm sure... I'll take it! Honest Nirmal I knew you would! The handler comes with it and after trade in it's only 200 gold pieces. Princess Tamina It's a bargain! I love how I can look down on every one! Honest Nirmal I have no doubt... happy journeys! Honest Nirmal Now I best be off before she comes back to complain when he dies in a few days... but what to do with the camel? Oh! Hello! Good sir; I notice you're eating a heart; would you be interested in a camel for afters? Quote
Svelte Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Hahahaah! Hilarious! I see a surprising amount of stretch Humvees around the area I live, and I always roll my eyes. Good to see that keeping up with the Nizams was a middle-eastern preoccupation too I like that the man from GE is apparently doing some pantless dancing in the background to earn a few shekhels Quote
ILikePi Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 (edited) Hilarious concept, Siegfried! Tamina won't be happy when she discovers exactly how honest 'Honest' Nirmal is Judging from your first pic, it looks like Ackbar was tricked into buying Bullseye. Boy, he'll be disappointed when he discovers that he bought a toy donkey... Edited May 13, 2010 by ILikePi Quote
Commodore Hornbricker Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 (edited) This is great. Very funny. In addition to the stretch elephant the colors designs and overall presentation of the MOC is very good. I really enjoy the creation. Edited May 13, 2010 by Commodore Hornbricker Quote
Shadows Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Great stuff! It isn't just a single joke, it's a whole array of little funnies (and mostly Licensed theme based ) culminating in a zinger in the middle. I like that, it maximizes the fun yet nothing looks out of place. Keep on PoPing! (imagine how much popping they had to do to get him that length...) Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 AWESOME - it's being on that show 'Pimp-Your-Elephant' has it ! Love it, love it - just watch out for mice and dam it would have a crap turning circle now ! Great work 'Siegfried' - I must show my son later on today these pictures - he just loves elephants ! I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Princess Muttonchops Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 It's so cool to see the finished product of all your dodgy salesman jokes Sieggy. Truly, champagne comedy... Quote
not-in-use-anymore Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 (edited) I love it. For some reason I saw Mola Ram eating a heart like as if it were an apple..... It's surprising Admiral Ackbar didn't notice It's A Trap. Edited May 13, 2010 by indianajones Quote
badboytje88 Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Very nice idea, and nicely executed. I love the It's-a-trap-guy riding Bulls Eye in the background Quote
Rick Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Funny story. I really like the stretched elephant and the associated silliness. Quote
Big Cam Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 I love it, that's great. Sometimes the sets I see in others MOC's make me wonder what TLG is thinking when they don't produce them. Great work! Quote
The Legonater Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Oh, wow . that's awesome, Sieggy. And the background features are just as funny, from kazim ad his has gang vs. the swordsman to Dastan ridin' walls for the fun of it. Keep it up. Quote
Ras 74 Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 That is a funny set up you have created. I was also looking all over to discover what was not in the center of the pictures since I know you can do some funny stuff like that. Great idea with the streched animal instead of cars. Quote
prateek Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 Haha! That's awesome. I love the joke at the end too Kali Ma!!! Quote
Tanotrooper Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Great story, love the "selected breeding" line TT Quote
