WhiteFang Posted May 24, 2010 Author Posted May 24, 2010 (edited) lego606, Welcome to Eurobricks. May I know where you got that turquoise looking katana? I have never seen it before. Is it an official TLG part? Edit: It's alright. I have found it and thanks to someone whom has taken their time to browse BL. Edited May 24, 2010 by WhiteFang Updated response Quote

greenskull139 Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 Is it OK to have a "futuristic" kind of science lab and pretend it's a lego city lab? Quote
WhiteFang Posted May 26, 2010 Author Posted May 26, 2010 Is it OK to have a "futuristic" kind of science lab and pretend it's a lego city lab? We must be able to perceive the creation to be of "City" or "Town" theme which does not involved in any forms of representation of distant future (Space) or distant past (Medieval/Castle). Quote

not-in-use-anymore Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 This is a vignette for the Caveman. A person dressed as a caveman is supposed to be answering questions...-Toa Of Justice When I read this part I imediately thought it was going to be a geico ad. Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Jamiedodger you are bragenious! That face is just too perfect for MJ thriller! Wow. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Oky Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Колпак, love the robot-shaped hole in the wall. Jamiedodger you are bragenious! That face is just too perfect for MJ thriller! Wow. Indeed! Great work, guys! Very good entries, everyone! I love each and every one of 'em! Just a word of criticism: @ Torham: Ha! Nice! Even though it doesn't really make sense. I mean, did DiCaprio's character get petrified before the Titanic sunk or something? If so, where is Winslet? Also, I don't think black is a good color for the ship. I know it's dark in the depths of the ocean, but still, the top rim of the ship was white, so maybe it could a tone of grey? Just a thought. @ Legononymous: So... You basically made a display for a different fig than the fig you intend to display? I appreciate your attempt to think outside the box, but I think that might have backfired here. @ Masked Builder: Sorry, but your entry just seems like a direct copy of Xiaan's entry, except with less details. I know you didn't mean to steal his idea, but that's just how it seems. Perhaps you could come up with something different? There's still time, and I know you can do better. @ Crabboy: Those people seem to be very happy getting attacked by robots and zombies. Maybe they're smiling because they're insured against robot/zombie attacks? My entry is almost done as well. I'm just adding the finishing touches and will post it soon. In that regard, I had one question: We can't use ANY stickers that were not done by TLC or ourselves, right? Keep the vigs coming! Quote
WhiteFang Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 4 days and counting down.. Participants, if you receive any pm from me or noted that your entry below, has some remarks, it means you have to do something about it to get yourself qualified. I am examining all of your entries to ensure it meet the rules and at the same time, getting the voting thread on time. If you missed the deadline without your amendments, your entry will be disqualified. Thanks and good luck. My entry is almost done as well. I'm just adding the finishing touches and will post it soon. In that regard, I had one question:We can't use ANY stickers that were not done by TLC or ourselves, right? Now, where is your entry? I am sure it's ready to be presented. And, the question which you pose, one of the participants had asked before and this is my reply. After much discussion, it's fine to go ahead with stickered or printed decals as long these decals are made by you and only you. Quote
-JD- Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Jamiedodger you are bragenious! That face is just too perfect for MJ thriller! Wow.~Insectoid Aristocrat I'm not going to pretend what that means, but it sounds nice. Thankyou! Indeed! Great work, guys! Thanks Oky. Quote
ThatGuyWithTheBricks Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Wow, Oky, that's a lot of criticism... Got anything for mine? Or how about some favs? Also, Jammie, I don't think MJ was white at that point in his career. Quote
