ACPin Posted May 20, 2010 Author Posted May 20, 2010 Well, since every single one of the MOCs you posted is a masterpiece of mind-blowing complexity and you show no sign of tiring, I would say no. Just sayin'; it's a little weird how you have her decoy and all these maidens but none of them is the real Padme. It kinda makes the scene incomplete in my nerdy eyes. Looking forward to your next work! I really should post some older MOCs! There's another reason for the whole minifig entourage which will become more apparent later. Did you know that Natalie Portman wasn't in some of the scenes that didn't require close-ups? I'll give you one guess on what the theme would be for the next one and be sure to drop by this weekend for it. Again, I'm fairly sure they had hoods. Yes, they did. I too think that the handmaidens had hoods. But I love the MOC, it is GLORIOUS!!! Thanks and hope you'll enjoy the next one as much as this! AC Quote
Oky Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Did you know that Natalie Portman wasn't in some of the scenes that didn't require close-ups? So that's your excuse, eh? Fair enough. I'll give you one guess on what the theme would be for the next one and be sure to drop by this weekend for it. Hmmmm... Otoh Gunga? Yes, they did. So why don't yours? Quote
The Legonater Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 I'll give you one guess on what the theme would be for the next one and be sure to drop by this weekend for it. Something... something? Something... Starwarsy... with... something... in it? Quote
ACPin Posted May 21, 2010 Author Posted May 21, 2010 Hmmmm... Otoh Gunga? Close but no cigar! Something... something? Something... Starwarsy... with... something... in it? Come back tomorrow and you'll see. Just picking through the final pics right now... AC Quote
legobryne Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Nice moc, i love it, especially your minifigs, did you use water slide decals? Quote
ACPin Posted May 23, 2010 Author Posted May 23, 2010 Nice moc, i love it, especially your minifigs, did you use water slide decals? Thanks, believe it or not all the minifigs are unmodified coming from various themes (SW, HP). AC Quote
BrickPerfection Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 You've done a great job in capturing the feel of that very movie scene! The statues are very good; I esspecially like the use of those halberds with enlenghtened handles! And... you tiled it all! Quote

Leg-godt Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 Beautiful. Love how you used the pikes for the statues, they're the perfect scale! Quote
