jonfett Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Welcome to Eurobricks! Its always nice to see another European join our ranks, soon enough we may have at least 1 member from each country in Europe! I hope you enjoy it here! Jon. Quote
xwingyoda Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Welcome here *sweet* Always great to have a European country member ;-) I think you are the only Cypriot here (there are no Greeks either *wacko* ) !! I'm sure you'll have a great time with us !!! Enjoy the EB experience !! *yoda* Quote
Aredhel Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Welcome at EB!!! I bet you will enjoy your time here! :-D Quote
Starwars4J Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 Hi there! Your English is pretty good, sorry to hear about your lack of Lego *wacko* I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun here! Quote
JoeMI6 Posted March 12, 2006 Posted March 12, 2006 Welcome. I've been to Cyprus before, it's very nice. Unlucky about the lack of lego, but it's good to see you aren't giving up on it. Quote
snefroe Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 welcome! you'll find lots of people from different countries here, and most of us are luckier than you: we do have lots of lego coming in! :-P however, i remember when i used to go on holidays to italy, we always bought lego in germany, because there was none in italy... i wonder why that's the case.... *wacko* Quote
KimT Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Welcome. I've been to Greece a few times and it seems that other non-LEGO brands are easily found whilst LEGO is nearly impossible to get. I say use bricklink.com instead. Just remember that if You buy outside EU there will be a toll to pay (if package is caught in customs :-D :-| ). Enjoy the site and be merry KimT Quote
phoinix Posted March 14, 2006 Author Posted March 14, 2006 thank u 4 the warm welcoming!!! :-$ Seems like im gonna have me some fun here!! its not like we dont have any legos in cyprus and greece its just that sometimes its really hard 2 find..(unlike playmobil which u can find almost anywhere and in huge amounts!) for ecxaple the new hospital isnt here yet and i dont think its ever coming!its not even in the greek catalogue! :-( :'-( :-( (big city fan) they mostly bring racers and bionicle (and i really dont like those!) also i can not find roads or the new minifig city collection. (thow the new city sets where here on time) anyhow i can only pray for a lego shop (or a trip to the nearest one!!) :-/ phoinix Quote
