Big Cam Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 I think it looks pretty good to me, the color and shape seem correct. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Nice work 'darth yogi' - I do remember this speeder from ROTS and I too think it's pretty close to the mark ! I'm a conformist! ! Quote
The Legonater Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 Nice! I love it! Very good recreation! I loved the speeder in the movie, and was dissapointed when it was only shown in two scenes. Quote
Mercenary Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Very nice. I just think the cocpit walls should be a tad taller....... Quote
Ras 74 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 You captured the shapes of the speeder good. It could use some more work over time to adjust some details. Keep it together and try to work a bit more on it (if you feel to). I have looked for good reference pictures of that speeder, and it is not easy to find. What source did you use? Quote
Darth Yogi Posted June 4, 2010 Author Posted June 4, 2010 thanks for commenting I'll probably try to fix it up some time soon and Ras 74 I used the ep 3 visual dictionary, there's a pretty good pic there Quote
Ras 74 Posted June 4, 2010 Posted June 4, 2010 and Ras 74 I used the ep 3 visual dictionary, there's a pretty good pic there Thanks! Oh, and I even got that one Not always the best to just browse the internet. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 Nice work Darth Yogi. It's a good starting model and you got the basic shape of the speeder. I was curious how the actual speeder look's like so here's a reference pic to compare to you speeder: From the pic, I think you might want to shorten the rear a bit (probably by two studs), widen the front hull, improve the main driver's area (put proper windscreen, 2 x chairs, side covers). Darth Yogi Posted June 6, 2010 Author Posted June 6, 2010 thanks for that pic kieldaman its better than the one i used so ill probabaly work one it a little Quote
