Errr.... not really. It is a close promotion but it's not connected. Do remember that we've had more than a few staff promotions from non-Fellows; it's not a required or ever related first step.

Hey I have another unnecessary question just because I'm curious.

I noticed the two new regulators moderate all forums as opposed to only moderating their respective forums like previous regulators. Did something change with the upgrade?

Not that they don't deserve it, I'm just curious.
