I Scream Clone Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 A bit of a sneak peak at our BrickWorld 2010 display. Rancho Relaxo where they work hard and rest even harder! Full set on Flickr or MOCPages. Cheers ISC. Quote
squiz Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Great Moc, i really like the use of the grooved bricks to make the walls. Makes it look like a painted wooden shack ! Was slightly dissapointed that this wasnt a Simpsons Moc however Quote
Chris Phipson Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Already commented on MOCpages, but this is so cool, it deserves another! In addition to what I said on MOCpages, I also really like the attention to detail on the little things, like the hitching post and the cow skull just to name a couple. See ya in (less than) two weeks! ~ Chris. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 AWESOME 'ISC' - dam it you just keep these comming don't you ! Fantastic use of those odd 2x2 grooved tall bricks - I think they were the junior series and Scala. The windmill is COOL too, plus the overall all of the ranch ! Awesome work again 'ISC' and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Dan the Brickman Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Woah! Is that a little water leaking? that one discolored tile really adds to the effect! Quote
Zepher Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 The house has a nice rough feel to it. The coloring is also superb, the house is a great color, and everything else works very well together. Quote
Rick Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 You really 'discovered' sand-green for Wild-West with your Tombclone series ISC. The color scheme is great, and the brick-built skull is a nice detail. . Quote
I Scream Clone Posted June 6, 2010 Author Posted June 6, 2010 Thank you guys, glad you look. Fantastic use of those odd 2x2 grooved tall bricks - I think they were the junior series and Scala. I think you mean the bricks from Green grocer. Quote
LuxorV Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Very well done as always, I Scream Clone. I really like the grooved exterior and the use of sand green, which we don't often see in a MOC, but is perfect for far west buildings Quote
Sir Dillon Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Nice work! I like the colour choices and the use of those grill bricks to add texture to the building. The roofing is neat and the mill is a great addition. Who all is working on this project? Quote
Capt. Stabbin Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 This is awesome! I like that you put all the little details in there, the hitching post, skull. I absolutly love that windmill, it's perfect! Great job, as always! Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 It's brilliant, love the brown and sand green colour combo! Quote
Captain Genaro Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 I love the whole thing. The colors work great together and the way that you did the spilled water by the side of the house was amazing. The windmill and skull really look great. Good luck at brickworld . Quote
JimBee Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 Woah, this is really nice, ISC. I really like those GG pieces (in sand green) make a shambled kind of texture on the house. And all those cows... Looking forward to seeing your full BW10 display. Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 This is an absolutely amazing Wild West MOC, I Scream Clone! I really it! It looks absolutely realistic! The architecture is perfect and the colors and accessory fit very well. The most I like the wind mill - perfect design! Imo this is the best of all your WW creations I've seen so far! Very, very well done! Btw: What about adding some interior inside? Klaus-Dieter Quote
I Scream Clone Posted June 8, 2010 Author Posted June 8, 2010 Thanks a lot guys ....and Klaus it may well have an interior when displayed at BrickWorld. Hopefully I will have loads of photos from there to share soon. Quote
