I'll do a level two with half noobs and half newer players who have only played one or two games, especially those who have really sucked at it. I plan to laugh as they all die. They aren't officially called level one and level two so don't go quoting me on that. So will we have three games running at the same time, or are Level 1 and Level 2 Mafia School games alternating?

What stops you from signing into both of them? Granted, it's unlikely you get chosen to both, but you'll at least double your chances to play in the first place.
CMP Posted April 26, 2011 Posted April 26, 2011 This is a great alternating level idea, I can see it being very successful. But just out of question, do we have any word on the normal level mafia game, or is it still on hold for a bit? I'm excited as hell for the next one.

Again, it's up to the host's discretion to chose who gets to play, but if you don't sign up, you'll never get in.

I was assuming that if I signed up for the school game then I would be counted as not graduated and unable to sign up for the normal game, and if I signed up for the normal game I'd be considered as already playing a normal game and ineleigible for Mafia School.

You have already graduated from Mafia School, and that cannot be taken away from you (unless you do something really stupid to piss off Dragonator, of course). Hinckley has chosen to open his Mafia Schoolgame to members who have already participated in a few games as well, so you are eligible for that as well as Quarryman's game. I'm telling you, though, that Hinckley will most likely not have even half of the patience I had with my batch of Mafia students. You're up for a boot camp, I can bet.

XimenaPaulina Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 I like the idea of two Mafia Schools being run alternately, that really gives a chance for newcomers to get introduced to the mafia game and also an opportunity for those relatively newer players to hone their skills more (and redeem themselves if they sucked in their last game ). As far as regular mafia games go, I do have a concern, considering the mafia school has produced (and will produce more) new mafia players, and with the experienced 'Mafia All-Stars' we already have around, I think it would be better if we have more games planned and lined-up (more than last year) so we could accommodate the increasing number of interested players. Also, I hope the future games will provide new players like us to have the chance to play with and against the experienced players.
