It's not enough. Lego would never deliberately put a minifig camouflaged in the background! I know they'd put him in a corner if they were going to put him anywhere, but not so far back. Maybe he's a shadow like all unfinished minifigs are before the final cut, but it almost seems like it could be the entrance to a cave with a head and legs. It also looks to tall to be a minifg, especially when it's that far back.

I see your argument, but your putting it out terribly, and no, you haven't "almost proven it." I really think I am the only one of anyone else here on the site who actually gets what your talking about.

And secondly, it's not blatantly obvious. It's not obvious at all. In fact, when I lower my chair the light on the computer alters, making it totally, and 100% invisible. And I'm usually high up, so many people don't see it at all.

Please stop saying how stupid we are, there's about as much against it as there is for it. Plus, only I can call people stupid when they don't see what I do! It's my trademark! (Kidding. Also noting no one ever said anyone was stupid, but it was implied with "It's there!" )

What is this "hidden" minifig everyone keeps talking about?! I don't see anything 'hidden' anywhere.

See! Thank you for posting that. No really, you're a great example.

If you look to the left of the Sand Trooper, you'll see a big black shadow with a white spot. Of course, the cape seems to protrude fro the back of his head, which adds to my doubt, but if you look at the fuzziest part of the picture, you'll see a lump. A lump. Yes a lump. Our big discussion is about a lump! How... sophisticated.

Look to the left of the Sand Trooper, the supposed minifigure blends into the shadows (like the character would). It help to look at where his feet would be. It looks like the bottom of a pair of legs follow that up and there is a smudge that could be a face.

this pictures collection on flickr has a lot of pictures. i think all of those sets actually. here's a link:Flickr: The Lego Set News Worldwide Pool

they also have toy story sets. the pics are blurry, but you can still identify(somewhat), what these sets will be like.

I don't understand. What's the use of another link to pictures we have seen everywhere? Also, if you read the names, most of the pictures were posted by EB members, AKA US!

Really? All of this over a small 'thing' in the background of a blurry pic? :hmpf_bad: Why not just wait until HQ pictures are released later this year? I don't really know which way to go on this one right now. I see what you guys are talking about but whether or not I see anything of importance is a question... Who knows what it is, but for now I'm reserving my opinion...

With all these photos circulating around, it makes me think. When will a picture of the Tuurbo Tank come out?

Absolutely can't wait for that! I missed the first one and am really excited for the new one!:cry_happy:

Rumored sets August 2010:

8098 - Clone Turbo Tank

Seeing as the CTT is a rumored August set, it is unlikely that we will see any prelims until winter time. Summer set prelims don't generally come around in September, so we still have some time to wait before they'll show up.

About the whole "spy in the shadows" thing, I've looked at the picture closely and I think it's really impossible to tell. There's no solid evidence either way, though I would agree with others that it's strange for LEGO to hide a minifig that much, even if it is still a silhouette, which it probably wouldn't be at this stage because all of the other minifigures in the other sets (including new molds) are there.

It's also strange of TLC to even put the silhouette (with face...kind of) there. I'm sure it will either be one of two things when we gets higher resolution pics- It'll either be broadly displayed, or it won't be there at all.

I think the Rodian head would wok perfectly for Garindan/Long Snoot!! :sweet: The only problem is getting it to fit in a hood. :sceptic:

I dont know if this discussion is hilarious or tragic. A bit of both I guess.

I would really like it if we got this mini-fig, but I´m not trusting my life to it.

I too see something... looking to tall, black with a lighter colour where the face might be.

It looks a bit to tall... well I´ll wait for clearer pictures.

No need to debate in 3 pages or more for this.

Just hilarious...

The Turbo Tank - like the other rumoured SW sets of which we haven't got pics until now are listed for release in August 2010.

The first blurry pics we got of this year's summer SW sets appeared after Christmas 2008. So pics of the Turbo Tank and all the other summer 2010 SW sets will surely not appear before this year's Christmas, too.

So, does anyone know if the Turbo Tank will be TCW? I hope so, I want some new clone commanders, maybe as from the TCW S2 trailer - Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, Anakin, a new clone commander . . . . the Turbo Tank set would go great with Plo's starfighter . . . . which I wonder, where are the pics of these two sets?

Why don't you just read the post above you? :hmpf:

It probably will, considering that Hasbro released a CW version of the Turbo Tank recently.

Plus if it is by chance a minifig, it's not a jawa, it's too tall.

Not quite.

I dont believe in all this hidden minifig stuff you guys keep ranting on about. If lego was to add him in the set he would be in the foreground not the background where you can only see a change of colour in the black. I think this is just a coincidence and nothing strange is going on.

But if he was in the set that would be awesome!

Not quite.

Not quite? The Snoot ( ) isn't long enough! That's the only problem!

It'd only hafta be recoloured. The head could be black while the outline of eyes and Snoot (That's still hilarious) would be Silver/bley.

No man...no...

The antennae, the snout, the main on the Rodians...no....

Plus, if we do get this thingie, it has to be a new mold.

I'm hoping that the Turbo Tank has some specific-colored clones. I'd love to have some green-striped clones.
