I think it would be the second. The first double-sided face was Capt. Antilles from the Tantive IV.

A double-faced Hoth Luke would be great though. Especially if he had the scars!

Ahh, I don't have that set and was unaware

THIRD! Zam Wesell was double-sided and we think the clone pilots from the new arc will be. Wait, that makes it fourth!
Well, technically she's an alien, which is why I didn't post it before.

He probably will have a double sided face, or a completely scarred one on it's own. As long as the set has a Wampa, I'm happy.

Agreed, I wasn't counting Zam

That being said, I still really hope they do this, we need more double sided heads in the SW line!

I hope they make it like they did with the Mon Calamari set. (cup for Ackbar ) We might see popsicles.

Umm somehow I don't think we will see Popsicles in the Wampa set :laugh:

Well actually it is kinda icy in the cave  you never know...

You should get it Big Cam, we need another Great Review of it. :classic:

Agreed more double sided faces.

What would be the point of a new double sided face if neither of them had scars?

And a Bacta tank with the med droid :grin:

Well maybe they won't do a double sided face for Luke, they'll probably just do what they did with episode 3 Anakin.

Somehow I severely doubt that. In fact, those are two completely different scenes! The Wampa is 20+ minutes away from Luke being found and healed in Echo Base!

Plus, I'm sure if Lego were to do a med droid, it would be a black or gray protocol droid like in the Death Star, because a new head mold would be a bit complex. I'd like to see a MOC of one. The new Space Police tanks make perfect bacta tanks, just with light translucent blue, but I still don't think they'll do it.

Like the Bacta Tank in the latest Republic Gunship?

That is a different part. With the new space police part, the minifig can stand up inside the cylinder on it's own.

I see. Sorry I misunderstood. :classic:

In that case, I agree entirely.

With that many new torsos, new faces and even new head molds in the last years I don't think that a new mold for a med droid would be too complex.

I do agree with you, Darth Legolas, that there surely won't be some sort of medical room included in the Wampa Attack set.

I bet that the Wampa Attack set won't be that a big set: Wampa, small cave, Tauntaun, Luke - perhaps an animal skeletton - but that will be it.

But since the rumoured exclusive AT-AT set has to include something new and not only the AT-AT (with or without PF functions) I could well imagine TLG making not a 150 Euros set (like 10198) out of it but a 250 Euros set (like 10195):

AT-AT and a small Echo Base scenery (outside with a downsized shield generator on top which can be blown up and inside with the medical room and the control room), real Major Bren Darlin, real General Veers, two AT-AT Drivers, injured Luke, medical droid, Hoth Rebel Trooper and Snowtrooper

Imo this would be the perfect exclusive ESB anniversary set!

But of course it's only a wish.

I'm curious do you think the Wampa would be a large seperate mold like the Taun-Taun? With a removable arm for palyability sake, or do you see it coming in the form of a giant head add on like Chewie.

I would sincerely hope it comes as a bigger seperate mold.

Thoughts?

I would hope the Wampa has five parts: A head/body piece, a right and left arm(s), and right and left legs.

That way it is just a little bit more playable than the Taun Taun.

EDIT: And I do mean in the size of the old Yeti, not a minifig.

One single mold would be good, since it would be able to be better scaled, not small like a minifigure.

Yes I would like to see a single mold aswell. The chewie mold was okay, I guess, but a single piece mold would be best for a Wampa imo.

I now have the mental image of a Chewie-sized Wampa having to stand on a box to hit the Taun-Taun on the head!

That'd be cute, but not very realistic. Let's hope for a bigger one! :classic:

Yes a single mold, hopefully with detachable arms. For some reason I think I have seen one before.

Yes I was right. I HAD SEEN ONE BEFORE. It isn't an official one of course, I don't think.

I sincerely hope it's a single mold.

And yes, I've seen that wampa too, that would be a great starting point for LEGO, they really need to register here and read all of our threads

But you see, where's the fun in that? Nobody here is taking into account at all, Lego is a building toy. To make a Wampa, you have a giant body and a head attached, and then the limbs come off. There! What makes you think it would look better as one big UP? Lego fans are usually against pieces bigger than a giant rock monster.

In fact, look at the rock monster. It looks perfectly power miners-ish, and it's made of at least 2 pieces. So a Wampa would be perfectly Star Wars-ish if it's arm came off. :hmpf:

EDIT: Why does everyone think that if a figure is buildable, it has to be minifig size? I can gauruntee you, the Wampa won't have a lot of pieces, but like the Taun-Taun, it will have at least SOME detachable parts. A single mold means horns, arms, and legs all stuck together. Lego has never made a figure in one piece.

I comletely used the wrong word, I don't know what I was thinking. I didn't mean to say single. I just meant a larger mold like the Tuan Tuan, two or 3 pieces is fine, as long as it's bigger than a regular minifig.

Why does the rumoured exclusvie AT-AT set have to include something new. An AT-AT without Power Functions would suffice for me, as long as it had a new torso for General Veers.
