January 19, 201015 yr Does anyone think It's possible for Luke in the Hoth Wampa Cave to come with a double sided head, one normal and one with scars to show where he got hit by the wampa? That is actually a really good idea, if that were included with the set, it might convince me to buy it.

January 19, 201015 yr Is it just me or the prelim Grevious head looks terrible. I hope its a better head when released. EDIT: Sorry this was already discussed. Anyway I hope we have a regular Grevious with a cape. Edited January 19, 201015 yr by TheRealBrick

Anyway I hope we have a regular Grevious with a cape. I don't really think we'll get a regular greivous from 2008 with all the box art we've seen. But we may get a better head.
January 19, 201015 yr No, I'm looking at the full picture right here, no zooming, there are definitely two shades of blue, original and the common light blue. I think it may just be a placeholder fluke though. I'm Pretty sure it just looks lighter because one has a dark bley peice behind it, the other has a white peice behind it, hence making them look different colours, But I'm quite sure they're actully the same colour. Besides, As Roncanator said, In the bottom left of the box, they're both the normal trans-blue used for lightsabers
January 19, 201015 yr Does anyone think It's possible for Luke in the Hoth Wampa Cave to come with a double sided head, one normal and one with scars to show where he got hit by the wampa? Good point, that would make sense. They released double heads in de latest sets, for instance Anakin in the Freeco Bike set. I for certain would encourage TLC to do so on Starwars minifigures, except of course the clones because without helmet they would look terrible having double heads. But on sets where two situations are represented like the Hoth Wampa set or for instance a pilot with/without visor or... (you fill it in) it would be a great addition to the set. Btw is this based on any information you acquired?
January 19, 201015 yr i'd say so transparent blue and light transparent blue. Its either the background holder is showing through the translucent piece, or they threw in a purple saber

That would be a nice touch. I know my kids get real exited with the power miners and Atlantis sets just over the double sided heads. Such a small thing could increase sales of the set. I'll be getting it anyway, but a double sided Luke head would be a nice bonus.
January 19, 201015 yr I noticed that the Canadian prices weren't included in the master list, here they are...Luke's Land Speeder- $34.99 Freeco Speeder- $34.99 Droid Tri-Fighter-$34.99 What ? Freeco speeder is not worth of that it has only two figs - Luke's speeder is expensive too but five figs and at least it is as big- maybe bigger as Freeco- far too overpriced talz Even trifighter has three droids- one rare commander...

January 19, 201015 yr It's most likely the same as the kind from the ARC-170, as Lego is probably including it so that fans can have a third clone pilot that they can put in their ARC-170 to replace Kit Fisto. That makes sense, but there does seem to be the old version of a Clone Pilot in the set. Of course, as it's a prelim, it might be changed, but I hope it isn't. Just curious though, do those types of Clone Pilots actually appear in the movies? I don't recall seeing them...
January 19, 201015 yr In the Palpatine's Shuttle set, is the Clone Pilot like the new ones (open-faced helmet) or the older design? I think it may be a new version of the old Clone Pilot from the image, but personally, I hope it is, because I don't like the new Clone Pilots. It's a V-Wing pilot.

They're in the ARC-170 fighters in the Battle of Coruscant, and another one shoots down Plo Koon.

They zoom in on their faces. They're all over the place at the Battle of Coruscant and you see Captian Jag right out in front when he kills Plo Koon. They make more of an appearance than Phase I pilots do! I will just flat out say that the pilot in Palpatine's shuttle is the new open faced ARC pilot. There is no speculation on that, it's just plain clear and simple.
January 19, 201015 yr It's a V-Wing pilot. A V-Wing pilot IS a phase 2 pilot. They all have that armour. Edited January 19, 201015 yr by The Legonater

As Jammiedodger pointed out, the original ARC - strangely - came with 3 V-wing pilots (made sence at the time though - still a clone pilot - still a new fig), but the new one uses new RC pilots, as does the new shuttle A V-Wing pilot IS a phase 2 pilot. January 19, 201015 yr Ookay. I thought that was just a LEGO mistake. In my mind, LEGO din't want to make a new headpiece, like what they did with the TIE Pilot.
January 19, 201015 yr Hey, on the prelims for grievous's fighter did you see grievous's legs. Ithink they're battle droid arms .

The LEGO versions were in the old Clone Wars series as well. Probably their most accurate representation too. That's a rear ARC-170 gunner, by the way. Edited January 20, 201015 yr by ADHO15
