All the summer release sets look great. As cavegod says, GG Starfighter has printed or stickered cockpit; looks much better! It also appears to have flashing lights - don't know if thats Power Fucntions or if they've just mocked it up for the display. Looks like Han in carbonite is reversible.

Aayla Secura looks well cute (in the classical sense, not the American one :wink:)

I think Slave-1 cockpit is also stickered or printed.

After this Video I think that some of the summer sets are way better than expected. The Cockpit of GG Starfighter looks much better now. Aayla is an improvement over the previous pictures. Even the Wampa looks ok now. I'm looking forward to hi-res pictures from next weeks ToyFair to make my final judgement.

Ah, finished versions!

I'll be getting them all, though this would appear to be the most expensive summer wave yet!

I do have a few issues still with the CTT, I'm nit sure to what extent it's just different from the first as opposed to better. Sure the wheels are better (but still not accurate) but the interior is empty, and we aren't getting the side missile launchers either or the viewing pod...

I must also say thanks for the video link, 'Christian', these set are starting to grow on me. :yoda:

Wampa attack, Slave One, CTT and GG Starfighter will now be on my shopping list.

The wampa looks better, Slave One is very cool, CTT is very playable, and finally we get to see this cockpit everybody's being complaining about. To me it looks better than even the old GG starfigther, but we didn't the general himself which is a bit sad in away, ah well I'm a conformist! ! :classic:

right well from the video you can see that the slave one stabilizers rotate on their own to the correct position for flying or landing, and gg cockpit has either a sticker on it or it is printed.
No (visible) change in features on the Slave I to the previous version(s), these all had the rotating stabilizers. It would be a miss if they didnt put this in it.

No new info on bossk yet, which in the blog baby posted is definitly Greedo instead of Bossk

The power functions are definitly for display. If you look in the background (when Slave I is presented) then you'll see the january wave with power functions.

I'm already looking forward to the summer release!

Now come on with info on the AT-AT and Cad Banes speeder.

If you don't know what I'm talking about then look at those pics. They show brickbuilt maxifigs, which actually should have the same design as the minifigs! :classic:

I can't wait for'em!

The maxi-figs, when I saw the bossk maxi-fig he looked sooo AWESOME, I hit the floor, the other figs look exactly like there mini-figs, so if thats what Bossk looks like then I am one happy camper, this makes me want the slave 1 even more!!

The maxi-figs, when I saw the bossk maxi-fig he looked sooo AWESOME, I hit the floor, the other figs look exactly like there mini-figs, so if thats what Bossk looks like then I am one happy camper, this makes me want the slave 1 even more!!

I am quite sure he'll look like this maxi-fig!

It seems like the head is similar to this Bossk version which appeared in the Lego Star Wars Game

Has anyone noticed that one of the clones in the CTT has a pauldron? I don't believe he has a kama, but the pauldron is there for sure!

Could it be Bly?

Just looked like a regular clone, and these sets looked pretty final.

I like the darth vader transformation feature, and the skis on palpy's shuttle are a nice break from the slant pices see as landing gear in all the other star wars shuttles.

Thanks they look great! Han in Carbonite looks really good and he seems to fit really well in there. The shuttle's interior looks pretty good and I love that function to put vader's helmet on its really clever. Grievous' Starfighter's cockpit piece looks heaps better with that sticker and the cockpit piece isn't 5 sided its just the edge is on an angle.

I hope that will be Bly! I doubt they would just put a pauldron on a clone trooper. :sceptic: Maybe it will go like all the other bigger sets, one commander and one trooper?

The new Han looks great as he fits into the Carbonite mold. The Theta looks much better from these pictures, but the CTT is just awesome! I love everything about it, and the final minifigs are great! Just a couple more days until we get full-fledged pictures!

These sets are fabulous! :thumbup: I am really disappointed because Aayla's hands are grey. :sceptic: Aayla could be a PT fig if it weren't for the face, but I am not going to start another discussion about PT or CW. :tongue:

Bossk seems intriguing looking at his head. I wonder why TLG chose sand green instead of a dark tan kind of color. :hmpf_bad: The Slave 1 looks amazing! It seems that Han Solo has some real detail on his shirt! He seems to have wrinkles on his shirt. :thumbup:

Palpatine's Shuttle is something that haunts me. :tongue: I could never see a cheap set (cheaper than the Death Star) with a Death Star Palpy! Anakin is the thing I focus on the most on the set. I think the transformation is fantastic but I think it would be better to include a full Darth Vader minifig along with the set. :sadnew:

Wampa Attack is an 'okay' set for me. The cave could have been bigger and would have been better with a Taun Taun with Han on it and minus the Snow Speeder, but we might as well buy it like this cause we don't want are wallets to explode do we. :tongue:

No here we have GG's starfighter. I think the figs are the only cool part of the set. (despite the horrid med-droid) The older version was much better but I don't want to be a complainer. Alas, I pictured the set better and cheaper than the older set. :cry_sad:

No here we are with the CTT. The figs are great, (the new ones only) and the set is pretty good. :sadnew: The set could have been cheaper, but you know LEGO. :tongue: This set is very good despite the price. Cad Bane looks awesome. I have got to tell you LEGO has really outdone themselves! The smirk on him makes him even MORE awesome. :wub:

Overall, 2010 is a MUST-BUY year for me. I truly wish to own all those amazing sets. It can't possibly be true that the SW license will end! :classic:

Looking at the pictures, I can say there are some great things that pop out at me! I personally love the new printed, five sided Grievous cockpit, and I think the new carbonite mold is wonderful. However, the turbo tank looks so much like the old one, except for bigger wheels, new minifigs, and slightly sleeker. Palpatine's Shuttle has a cool feature, but otherwise it's not sleek, oddly colored, and just not very interesting. Unless they drastically improve some aspect of it, I think it will turn out very :thumbdown:
