Thanks too bad that site is uber lame, you can change the image size even though it gives you the option.
Actually, the picture sizes are already the larger version. You can tell it is because if you change it to the smaller version, the pic gets smaller.
By the way, did anyone else notice that Darth got Pupils? 2010 magnetDarth to the left. 2009 TiefighterDarth to the right:

*snip*

Interesting...not sure if I like it, though. His face looks odd when compared to the 2009 version. I do agree that it fits in with the 2010 sets, though.

By the way, is this the 2009 magnet set Darth Vader, except purchased in 2010?

Great find! I won't be getting it at normal price when it comes out, but since it includes Kit, I might just have to if it goes on sale or if Borders has a good coupon. :sweet: Edited by ILikePi

Hm, too bad the cover doesn't show what kinds of pieces will be included in the set book. But knowing the other brickmaster books, I'm not holding my breath for anything out of the ordinary. I already have two Fistos, so I'm not very excited for him. Hopefully the second fig will be more exciting (if there even is any) but I doubt it.

I think we can confirm that we are getting a tactical droid with the CTT

Scroll down and read the Figs included with CTT

Uhm, I still don't see a tactical droid, only words, and those don't come from TLC, so how is this confirming anything. :sceptic:

This has been discussed a while ago by the way.

Yep thats the pic I mentioned a couple of pages back -wd for finding it! My scanner is broken so I couldn't get my catalogue scanned.

I will add, however that underneath this picture in the catalogue, it does say "NOT FINAL DESIGN" so, as always with prelim pics it may not be what we are actually getting!

Cool find Darth Legolas. So its confirmed that it has kit is that all that has been confirmed like the vehicle?

As Kaitan said (below) it's not final. It's a pretty final-looking cover, but it doesn't indicate what's inside the set at all, so it will probably be changed.

What catalogue was it? I like this cover, but usually the brickmaster books will show the actual set inside. Thanks!

It was a D.K. catalogue, the publishers of the brickmaster books/sets.

Great find I'll say too 'Darth Legolas', that Brickmaster book is cool. Though I do feel also that cover will change as Star Wars toys change the packing style mid-year so might the books too !

Also I seem to prefer pupils for the eyes in the more up to date sets - they do seem show more how the minifig is feeling at the time in that situation, whether or not it is happy, sad or mad as hell going it to battle !

Thanks for the picture, Darth Legolas! :sweet:

Great that it has Kit! (I now have absolutely no reason to buy the ARC!) Will the book be availible on shop at home?

IIRC the DK stuff is distributed to book stores and retail shops only.

Ok, now i really hope you are wrong about this news. This would be a real disappointment :cry_sad: .

From what I know, the new one is new. It is not the same as the motorized walker.

According to the pics from the Toyfair book, there are also more figures, so that's good.

Hi! I was waiting for a moderator to arrive here. Will you please put the Mini Imperial Shuttle in the first post? It's been a week since we've gotten pictures.

Thanks!

@The AT-AT news: I'm not so sure about that. It would be a really bad move on Lego's part to try that, considering pretty much all of those minifigs are obtainable easily. I think they'll change that.

I was at the lego store in the backroom where you sometimes can get a display model for cheaper so I spotted the motorized AT-AT

when I asked I was told that they were to save the AT-AT for the display because it was the same as the new one

also I have all the toy fair books this year can you tell me where the pic of the AT-AT is please

I only see a number with the new mini figs in it

also think about it why would lego make another model of a model they are still selling

I think this is a way to get it out of shop at home and back into the retail stores

I think that is why the same set will be reboxed as a empire anniversary set with just the updated figures

This may be correct, for months at least for Australian shop at home, this set has been on a backorder date of months away, currently May some time, so it's possible they're just waiting for production of the new figs.

Pugsx3, what number does it give for the AT-AT, is it a 4 digit one, implying it will be for general retail rather than a 10XXX?

Edit, don't worry, found it was a 4 digit number.

I think your 'friends' are wrong. Why would they make another set that is exactly the same as an old one but with more figures? I mean I've heard of remakes but not this. Of course that is not true.

my book says 8129

is the #

also if you look at the figures we got in the motorized walker it was AT-AT driver general veers and a luke and a snowtrooper

the new one has AT-AT driver general veers 2 snowtroopers luke skywalker C3P0 han solo and a rebel trooper

it looks like a endor type of set loaded with mini figs just like endor

I like those kinds of sets...

For those who saw Copmikes review of the spaceman minifigure, Do you think they might be shortening the size of the Lightsaber piece?

WHY ?? I think they are perfect size now

that piece would look really cool as a blaster shot maybe at the end of bobas new technic rifle piece

I remember reading somewhere that almost all of the new molds are one-off exclusives to the Minifigures range only and will not make it to the normal sets.

According the new AT-AT:

Sorry, pugsx3, but I simply don't believe your friends.

You are still aible to buy the motorized version - so which sense should it make to release exactly the same one but with different minifigs?!

And the minifigs selection of the new AT-AT gives (at least imo) a hint that we have to await a very small base and/or a cannon included.

Plus if TLG does only want to sell the motorized version in regular toy shops they would - if anyway - maximum change the set number. (Apart from that one of my local toy shops indeed has the motorized version on its shelves.) But they wouldn't include different and new minifigs.

Of course the new AT-AT will be a redesign - but like all redesigns we have had before it will include something new (or something less) - meaning something new apart from new minifigs.

At least this is which concerns this year, ILikePi.

But firstly many molds used in the Minifigures packs are not new (e. g. the Indians hair, the skateboard, ...).

And secondly I would be really surprised if TLG won't use these new molds in sets 2011+.

Btw: I totally agree with you that the new smaller lightsaber piece would make a good lightsaber for Yoda - for all the others the regular version is much better.

I stand with those saying there would be a new design for the AT-AT !

That motorized one didn't look right so hopefully it will be more true to the original from the movies !
