L-DI-EGO Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 (edited) Hello. This is my entry for the small category (16x16). According to the expanded universe, Boba Fett doesn't really die in RETURN OF THE JEDI. He confronts the sarlacc and escape. There are several comics and books that confirms that event. So this vignette represents the moment when the most famous bounty hunter in the galaxy fights with this monstrous creature from Tatooine. The lowest level represents the Sarlacc's stomach (with Boba Fett inside using his ZX miniature flame projector). On the surface you can see the Tatooine's twin suns in the sky, and a Bantha in the distance. More pictures in MY BRICKSHELF GALLERY. Edited June 28, 2010 by L-DI-EGO Quote
RoryoCox Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Awesome entry. The detail is very good and it is really funny. I also love the sky and tentacles Quote
Captain Bayonet Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Great! Your forced perspective is really quite great, especially the Bantha (is this spelled right?) All in all a great Vig Quote
The Legonater Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 Nice MOC! It's awesome! I absolutly love that line from the LotF series. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 Pretty nice MOC L-DI-EGO! I love how you did the Sarlacc, and the cross section of its stomach showing Boba is a clever idea, and very well executed. The perspective view of the small Bantha and the twin suns are also cool. A++ for uniqueness and ingenuity! Quote
brickfoot Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 The bantha looks great. and the sarlac is the best one I have seen so far. Quote
KimT Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 I just loved it when Boba came back. Epic comment to how he survived being in the belly of the beast Good luck. Quote
Big Cam Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 Verry clever entry. I love the cutaway view, and the flames seem to be positioned in the perfect spot. I love your tiny bantha. Quote
prateek Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 That Sarlaac is awesome, but the real star of this MOC is the background. I love how you made the two suns, and that Bantha is amazing! Quote
