Kingdoms Torso printing problem fixed?

So did TLC fix the "pink" part of the Lion Knights' torsos? I only say this because I got another Knight's Showdown, and the lion had more defined white on the torso. I called TLC about this, and the rep said that it was a problem in "some" sets. Does anyone have any information about this? Is it just a problem with the first sets to be produced?

I don't know, but I sure hope so. Huge disappointment for me. They obviously have the tools to do it right as they did with the jester impulse, so if quality control finally did step up, I'm suddenly more interested once again in these sets...

I think it was only on a pretty low numbe rof sets. I got my king's castle a few weeks ago, and the printing was spot-on on all figs.

Mine looks okay (yes I only have one of the checkered pattern), but in the Shop @ Home the Jester Key Chain has visible "pink disease". That made me laugh.

All three of my Knights' Showdown sets have pink torsos and the Prison Tower Rescue had pink barding while the 20$ (lion tower) had a nice white torso.

I have 5 of the Knights showdown and out of the 5, 3 had pink. The last two I had purchased later. I called LEGO, they were aware of the problem and sent me correct upper bodies. The Prison tower rescue also had an issue with the white that is on the red piece that goes onto the horse.

I didn't notice that til after the fact and didn't call about. had The same problem with two others from the outpost attacks that I have.

I'm positive that they have corrected the issue. My only gripe is that they don't ask for the defective stuff be sent back. Makes me feel as though I'm getting something for free.

So my question is what do you do with the pink torsos?
