kcebcire Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 You all may remember my re-imagined LAAT/i (republic gunship) in an all red colour scheme.. (click here if you didnt see it) well, i decided to just keep going with that theme and built an all red LAAT/c with a few of my own little tweaks. Here are some pictures for you... From the front: Overall shot: Some greebling that replaced the awkward-looking carry handle on my design: And the tail end of the ship. I removed the tail gun, since it would work in tandem with my very heavily armed version of the RGS/LAAT/i: (The grey structure under the ship is just a support stand, i didnt want to put stress on the fairly fragile arms) Thanks for looking! comments and criticism are very welcome! KimT Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Wow, great colourscheme. You've done a really good job with this one. Quote
kcebcire Posted July 9, 2010 Author Posted July 9, 2010 Wow, great colourscheme. You've done a really good job with this one. Thanks! It was a lot of fun to design and build. Ill have to post a picture of both of my red LAAT's together. Very imposing. Also, would it be possible to add my LAAT/i and LAAT/c to the star wars MOC database? Quote
brickfoot Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 That looks Great I love the red color you used. Quote
lightningtiger Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Two tone red.....AWESOME 'kcebcire' and so HOT ! Well done and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 I really like this one! Now all you need is an army of Red Shocktroopers to go with it! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 Screaming RED eh? I love it! The additional mods you did are amazing. Great job on this one. Just curious, will the AT-TE it'll carry be also red? Quote

Sid Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 This one is even better than the RGS. I love the details. Next up: red AT-TE/AT-OT? Quote
Brickdoctor Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 Nice design for the speeder. Looks even better next to the LAAT/i. Quote
Frank Real Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 (edited) Just a few more photos, this time, with my LAAT/i included.. And my matching mini speeder, version 2.0: Are you going to make an all-grey AT-OT like the AT-TE you did? Nice work, btw. Edited July 16, 2010 by Frank Real Quote
kcebcire Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 Are you going to make an all-grey AT-OT like the AT-TE you did? Nice work, btw. Thanks, and no, i dont think ill make an AT-OT, but im starting to try and build a UT-AT. I haven't seen anyone make one of those yet. Quote
M. Dilthey Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 These are truly fantastic. Looks like a 1950's sci fi version. I'm in love with the engines, the speeder, and the headlights in the front. Too cool! Quote
Cpt. Dan Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 Wow, both of these are really great. The coloring scheme is perfect for the two ships and I think you did it perfectly. They do not look overdone or anything, literally perfect. Excellent job. Quote
Cradok Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Very nice. I really like the extra detailing you put in at the nose and the back. I do think that it would look even better if you reversed the reds, but I imagine that finding that much dark red would be hard. For the record, if the construction is mostly the same as the stock LAAT/c, it can rest on the legs with no problem. Quote
P4trickvH Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 Awesome creation. Did you only change the colors of the original model or did you add some other features. Might be a stuppid question but i'm not really that well know with these models. Quote
