Hi, everybody! :classic:

As I told you in my last post I'm posting the best close-up photos my friends and myself took this last weekend from my City diorama. Unfortunately the general views and the rest of the shots were sadly too blurry so we'll try it again with a new disposition for the modular buildings, a new park and many new fun scenes

For the moment I hope you'll like these ones:

Even if those are just some kind of "trailer", comments are welcome :classic:

Great work BlueBard

I really like those close-ups of your city, can't wait for the rest.

Pretty expensive ice-cream.

How come there are prisoners on the roof with there handcuffs still on, how did they get on the roof?

Woah, looks like you've got one hell of a city there. I LOVE the seeing eye dog! All the tiling looks intense and costly, but what an end result. VERY nice, can't wait to see more!

Great shots, but why is there a pig roaming the streets?

Those are great questions with, alas, no answer for the moment...

Outstanding, BlueBard. I am both envious and inspired at once. Maybe everyone else has seen this before and I'm relatively new to the City boards, but it's truly epic, man...

BTW-- LOVE THE THOR!!!

Wow! Great scenes! Great pics! Your city seems so lively... I really like the feel your pics give me - it's as if I were walking around and seeing all that by myself! Congrats!

We've seen his fantastic buildings, but I believe this is the first time we get to see them come together as a city!

Great photos 'BlueBard' - I like the cops running along the roof top - proves they are fit doesn't it ?

Some of the shots look very candid camera, appears to be taken in different light and angles - like in real life - a miniture National Geographic world !

Good one 'BlueBard' and I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

The 4th image down the line is really epic. I just did a review for the new tanker truck and decided to go the same way - macro 'life' close-ups. It wasn't really all that easy and I didn't do anywhere nearly as well-as you. Granted, I didn't have a whole city to work with as my background! They're all great and very imaginative. The pig in the cross-walk, well... why the heck not! The roof-top chase is golden too. What are you using for lighting? Just overhead?

great pictures, and nice quality

and besides, I must say that I love the inclusion of the blind person, very representative, and for that you deserve a congratulation

Ahh, small previews for more majestic photos of BlueBard's city to come... Good initial pics, I love the snapshot of the daily activities of the citizens, can't wait for the whole shot of the city. And yeah, that pig 'steals the spotlight' on this one..

Beautiful shots, absolutely! It's nice to see "everyday" life portrayed like this, with hobos and all.

At first I was like "Hmm, is this one of those men-only cities?", but then I noticed you do have a few women in the background, too.

Yep, and not the last. That's for sure!

What are you using for lighting? Just overhead?

Just natural light and an "auxiliar" overhead light, yes.

Thank you! :sweet:

Nice shots. What kind of camera are you using?

Don't remember, sorry, they were my friends' cameras, but I'll try to answer you next time.

Of course! There's a lot of women in my town, I love feminine minifigs (sounds a bit weird, btw...), but it's true they're not very shown in these few pics. I'll try to think on that for the next session
