Hello All,

My name is Daniel. I also happen to have a six year old named Daniel. We are just starting into Lego. He for the first time and myself returning after way too many years.

We will be going to our first lego club meeting later this month. I expect I will spend more on Lego then I should by th etime I am done.

I like the Space Police and the older stuff. My son is a Star Wars and Agents fan. Though the new World Racers has caught his eye.

Facts about me? Married with two kids. Lucky enough to have a job. Paying a house off. Built my first set in more then 25 years just about a month ago.

I look forward to learning from the great designers I have alredy seen on the forum.

Thanks

Thank You for the kind welcome messages. :classic:

@KielDaMan: My other child (Maddy) did not show an interest in playing with the bricks. She liked other things and so we did those together.

Welcome!

The title caught my eye as I have three kids and we live in a family-only apartment/townhouse complex. All the adults are known as "Jane's dad" or "Billy's mom" etc. It gets confusing sometimes when different kids use different children to reference someone. I bumped into a dad and his child away from the complex and she didn't recognize me out of context. I said I was "Sean's dad" but that just confused her until I realized she didn't play with my eldest son. To her I was "Brigid's dad". :sweet:

Anyway, hope you enjoy your new shared hobby.
