@ superkalle (I can't PM yet, I think.):

Just back from holidays I noticed that my entry wasn't showing up in this voting topic.

I posted two entries in the same post:

Oh no, I didn't notice that until now. I'm truly sorry about this  Don't know what to do. I Don't think there is much point in adding it now to the voting topic, since voting is allready running. Let me know if you are not OK with this

But I think you're LDD+RealBrick entry was the best anyway, so let's hope it does well :classic:

Once again, very sorry about this.

Very nice use of angles and space(difficult in LDD). And the colors are nicely proportioned around the red.

Designer: Carbohydrates

EntryID: 105 Name: Wild West doctor's office

The color struck me first but I like the execution of concept in the compact design (I voted for this because i would buy this if it were production)

WOW! So many other great entries, there are certainly a lot of very Talented designers!

Unless the voting is almost over I'd still like you to add it to the voting topic.

I don't care that much about winning (for me contests are a good way to finally finish something), but I like some attention given to my mocs and I'm curious about feed-back. Which builder over here doesn't?

And people could still edit their post about giving points if they want to. That's fair enough for me. So that's another point in adding it.

(Glad you like my other entry.)

Hi, I have added it. Once again, sorry for the mistake.

As compensation, I hereby as contest organizer award you three points because of my mistake.

Some excellent entries, and all are very creative!

My points go to

Bojan Pavsic - Circus Arena (ID: 146) - 2 Points

This caught my eye as soon as it was posted, a delightful, colourful piece of work.

Sunnyx - Battlecruiser from Starcraft II (ID: 149) - 1 Point

I've always had a soft spot for Starcraft and this is an excellent creation.

1 point - Solidbrick: Farm House

Excellent, truly excellent, building techniques. And a great aesthetic overall too.

2 points - Saracen: Irish Troubles

I love how daring you were to attempt a) this period and b) a realistic MOC you wouldn't expect to see in LDD. The layout of vehicles and people is great too; good job on making the people with a relatively limited parts palette (in comparison to decals, custom parts etc)

As with the other category, I was blown away by the high level of competition, which, truth be told, I hadn't expected. I'm sure others would agree that LDD probably needs a shift in the AFOL mindset to its capabilities!

This was the first one that intrigued me enough to download the file. Believe you me, this one will help inspire me as I venture into SteamPunk builds - good job, Capt. Blockbeard!

Designer: Bossk

EntryID: 102

Name: UCS Scaled Anakin's Starfighter

The scale of this build is pretty intense, and the shaping is spot-on. I have to admit, I didn't give this one a fair shake at first, but after downloading and inspecting the file this one won me over, especially how the S-foils fold down and fit perfectly into the wings. My only gripe (and the only reason this one didn't get all three of my points, I have to add) is that it feels unfinished - it needs a cockpit canopy. I understand that there are no proper solid LEGO canopy pieces that would fit this scale, but even an open-air canopy made of bars like on the UCS MF would have made this a much more finished piece.

The interior details on this one are what set it apart from other builds. After downloading and taking the side off, seeing how the different compartments all are designed to suit different roles is very cool. It also looks like what real spaceships will look like in the future.

Honorable Mention goes to

Designer: greenskull139

EntryID: 121

This one was only slightly edged out by the others. I don't really know why, I think it was due to the fact that I pictured the front engines setting the back engines on fire when it went into full-on forward thrust mode.

Good job everyone and good luck!

It's a hard decision, but i've made my mind up.

1 point for ADHO15

101 Hogwarts boathouse.

I like it because of the awsome details and size.

I also liked how he made the figs with LDD parts.

1 point for L-DI-EGO

103 INCOM T-65 X-WING FIGHTER.

Now this is awsome. Awsome techniques and details

and I also like the cockpit.

1 point for private_lego

138 Belgian NMBS.

Look at the details on this!

I mean, it really should be a real set!

Clever how he did the front

Ok there's my votes. It was a really tough decision though.

Best of luck for all the entrys!

My 3 points all go to Saracen for his amazing Irsish Troubles MOC.

I loved all of the vehicles and buildings and the details you put into them.

Here are my points (why only 3... i needed like 20 at least :cry_sad: ):

Designer: Saracen

EntryID: 144 Name: Irish Troubles

All i can say is: WOW, i mean all the details, it's like the MOC is alive!

Designer: Odyssey

EntryID: 120 Name: H.M.S. Endeavour

A bit overlooked MOC, i think you should have included pictures from the insides or photoshop them into your main pic corners. People, download the MOC, use the premade groups to hide the walls and you'll see the whole ship has insides made too.

Designer: sunnyx

EntryID: 149 Name: BattleCruiser from StarCraft II

As a Blizzard fan, i couldn't pass this creation. Very nice detailing.

-------------------------

And to mention some others MOCs that i really liked (i know thats like 70% of all that made it into the finals, but hey, they're all good):

Bossk - UCS Scaled Anakin's Starfighter -> awesome work, i like the color combo.

L-DI-EGO - INCOM T-65 X-WING STARFIGHTER -> another awesome MOC.

SolidBrick - Farm House -> I love the roof and the "wood" wall details.

Carbohydrates - Wild West doctor's office -> Already have an image of John Wayne in my head.

lisqr - Dante's guns Ebony and Ivory -> Great job, but i had to ask google from where they actually were.

Captain Blockbeard - Golden Gander SteamPunk Airship -> The way you joined everything to get the "zeppelin" look, amazing.

mrblue - Pirate Island Port -> Great pirate theme, very nice.

The Lanterne Rouge - HAGA DEFENDER -> another WOW, jaw-dropping moc, all the curves on the MOC, just awesome.

LegoLindberg - The Space Widow -> another overlooked MOC, very nice details

zeeronemo - Star (Justice) Base Dock -> great and massive creation, too bad you can't really send it into space.. on the other hand, minifigs don't need air either.

187-J4CK4L - Modern Main Street -> very nice detailing, awesome inside decoration /bow.

SalvoBrick - Esso Service Station -> oldstyle, maybe a bit too duo color (white/red), but it's very nice.

and last but not least

Set Sprinter - White Star Bridge -> nice design, could be "lego architecture" theme.

Like everyone else, this was really difficult and hard to choose only three. I have a bias towards castle and city themes, though, and I think the SteamPunk models are are just incredibly creative. The ships were fantastic.

The apartment building seems very Howard Roarke-ish; simple and practical and for a city scene there simply needs to be a place for people to live... not everybody can have a nice house or even townhouse, so I really like the idea.

I like how SolidBrick did the roof on the farm house, and I like the airship "balloons."
