The LEGO® Technic challenge - July

"Another round of the LEGO® Technic Challenge has launched and we have selected 10 new Finalists for all of you to vote on.

"We wonder if space was Hard, a little less interesting or if it was just the sun attracting you all outside. The number of models to choose from was less this time around - but the ones that really caught our eyes are here below for your viewing.

"As always, these adult models, as well as others - will be selected for a full round of voting in a pure Adult-submission finale which will run after the grand finale in October - the winner will receive the same grand-prize as for the current competition, which is the full LEGO® Technic, 2010 Novelty Assortment (all new models in 2010).

"Thank you all for your submissions - stay tuned for the August round!"

I voted for the walker, because its the most unique one.

I won't vote for anybody because I think that TLG take the piss out of us with this contest !!! ---oo.gif

For the adult models, it is definitely stupid to compare MOCs which have nothing to do (different theme I mean).

I also noticed that in the adult models, there is a creation of a child. Maximome is child ; he is 16 (unless you consider that a 16 year old child is an adult :hmpf: ).

This contest will be an epic fail from the begining to the end.

They look for ages over 15 I think... And I think you are a bit harsh....

Well, I think that they are choosing the AFOL's contribution very strangely. Once they show 13 models, in a few months only 4. I was a bit surprised when my astronaut did not make it there although there were so many positive reactions. The only thing that came to my mind is that they maybe did not allow it beacuse of the "American" flag. The same it was with the da Vinci's flyer in the first round and it happens every round that I see some model that should definitely be shown.

Maybe for you but not for the guy who wins it.

Lego's competition and they can run it how they want.

I voted for the walker, because its the most unique one.

Thanks, that you vote for me :classic:

(I Think that, you vote for me, because just I build a walker machine  )

The selecting for the 10 finalist not fair :sceptic:

because a lot of creation better than the finalist :look::hmpf_bad:
