KingDom Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 Superkalle got these at LEGOWorld in Copenhagen. I wonder why and how I missed them? Wow Mind opening one to see the piece count/ instructions (in case they reveal a new set)? Quote
brickbuilder Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Wow Mind opening one to see the piece count/ instructions (in case they reveal a new set)? There is already a review on this set in the main star wars forum. The only set it shows in the instructions is the Mandalorian Battle Pack. Quote

GRogall Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 (edited) Just to let you know the design of the Lego packages for 2012 will have this look! Edited October 19, 2011 by grogall Quote
The Legonater Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 (edited) That is absolutly sweet. These just keep getting better. Where did you find that? EDIT: Nevermind, I just saw an article on it at SW.com. Edited February 25, 2011 by The Legonater Quote

simonjedi Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 The first 15 or so pictures in this slide-show has some misc Lego star wars stuff that i don't think have been shown before. They are: * Yoda, Stormtrooper, Vader and Anakin Alarm clocks. * Vader LED keylight. * Zipbin battle bridge carry case. (Article here..) * Backpacks * Storage cabs. * Cad Bane and Boba Fett watches. KimT Posted February 25, 2011 Author Posted February 25, 2011 Sorry but all those have been seen before and even discussed at some point. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Well, most of that stuff is in FBTB's coverage, so it's not exactly a new revelation. But it's nice to see the things featured on the Star Wars website itself. Since the figures in the watch sets seem prebuilt, there is some discussion of Flickr whether they will be glued and/or the cheaper plastic. On the older watches they were not so, but then they weren't built in the package on those either. Quote
Muddy Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Sorry but all those have been seen before and even discussed at some point. Hoping that target has all the polybags for easter on March 8th when I go there Any news on Battle Packs for summer wave? I am hoping Geonoshian (Winged) x2 undead Geonoshian x1 and Sand Red or Dark Orange Battle Droids x2 vs Flame Troopers x1 and Geonoshian Camo clone Troopers x2 w/Commander (Jett) Otherwise I will be buying alot of Geonoshian fighters Re:Mini Vulture Droid 30055 what is the instruction # (it is the number on the instructions that is off to the side that starts with a 4 used to lookup instructions by hand in Legos DB) Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Any news on Battle Packs for summer wave? Battle packs do not come out in the summer. The Battle Packs are always January releases only. If the pattern continues, this coming year's will be OT-themed, but that's for a 2012 discussion. Besides for a few exclusives, what we've seen at Toy Fair is what we're getting. Quote

Emperor Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Someone from imperiumdersteine.de was in the LEGO store in Hamburg where he spotted an Aayla Secura keychain. I am glad she isn't in a magnet set, a small hole in the head is better than destroyed legs... Quote

I am glad she isn't in a magnet set, a small hole in the head is better than destroyed legs... That's cool. I'd like to see other figs as keychains too. Once the Lego store opens up here in Canada, I'm gonna go crazy with these keychains Quote

Much better than a hole in the head... Quote
CMP Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Pull of the two legs and replace with new ones. After boiling the fig to remove the glue? Quote
KimT Posted February 26, 2011 Author Posted February 26, 2011 After boiling the fig to remove the glue? Yeah - or not. It doesn't really matter - the point is that a key chain fig is ruined for good whilst a magnet fig can be salvaged. Quote
BrickArtist Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Yeah - or not. It doesn't really matter - the point is that a key chain fig is ruined for good whilst a magnet fig can be salvaged. Why is everyone under the impression that the fig will be destroyed? An off-site tutorial showed that if you are considerate enough to the fig, and patient, it will be fine. Yes if stick it in a 500 degree oven its gonna get destroyed, but dipping it in hot water, leaving it there, and Bricklinking some new legs is the way to go Quote
Emperor Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 I'd rather have the magnet version. Pull of the two legs and replace with new ones. Much better than a hole in the head... The legs are glued to the torso, and since the hot water method isn't working (I did exactly what the tutorial told me, but nothing happened) a magnet Aayla would be useless for me. The hole in the head can be filled and is barely noticable. Quote
DarthR2-D2 Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 I always recommend watches, there have been Count Dooku, Boba Fett, etc. Those are just regular minifigures. Quote
