Judging from KielDaMan's reference picture, that mold is quite impressive! If this were 2007 LEGO would never have included the breather details. I think that this may exceed the 2005 LEGO V-wing pilot in detailing - very, very nice.

Something bothers me, though - they can make this, but they can't give Darth Vader a neck? Having just that triangle portion and then a straight edge gives a really weird look to the helmet. If LEGO is responding to AFOLS' demands for more detailed molds, I might as well take advantage. They've already perfected the stormtrooper, TIE pilot, and AT-AT drivers' helmets - it's time the Dark Lord gets a new mold to fit his new torso print.

Vader's helmet is a classic, but I guess after the new Boba Fett we can expect any mold to be changed. It would be nice to also have the dimensions more accurate, the rear half should be more like that of the AT-ST driver's helmet.

Thanks for all the new info and pics, guys. I think the Clone BP is now on my list, but the Mando is off. Shaak Ti's eyes are even huger than I thought. :hmpf_bad:

I found this site, where I discovered the Shaak Ti pictures. Linkadink! It seems they have pictures of Saesee too! :classic:

Although I like the Saesee Tiin fig, he looks a bit awkward from the side.

:sick: That's the weirdest face I've seen in a really long time.

And I don't think the BP comes with ARC gear though. As you can see, it's listed as Jango Fett, so the seller probably put that one to make it more recognizable.

Well that certainly is a weird face. Whether that is the face for all of them remains to be seen but it does look like the leader (whose name I am forgetting :hmpf_bad: ). I dont want them to be clones of that dude. The face is too accurate, soemthing like the clone head would've sufficed.

I thought the CW face can't get any worse with the hideous clone trooper face, but these new Mando's faces are just double hideous. :sick: On the bright side, they could be useful in Halloween MOCs. :grin:

You're right, Saesee looks like he has Hydrocephalus when viewed at the side. But still, he is a must have for any LSW fan.

All those faces look ugly. :sick: The Mando face looks like a bad combo of CW clone, CW Anakin, CW Palpy, and Tarkin. Now imagine four of them in one set. (we do get only one face, right?)

I tried multiple times but eurobricks isn't allowing me to for some reason.. :wacko:

Yup I tried that too, a prompt says "You are not allowed to post images of that file extension". I checked the images they were jpegs but for some reason the board doesn't allow to deeplink the photos from that site.

Odd... even after cutting off the strange suffix it still doesn't work.

Well, then you could always copy the pics to your usual place (brickshelf - flickr etc) and then deeplink them here.

Or is that too much to ask? :wink::tongue:

Sugi doesnt have CW eyes? :wacko: She still looks nice, I guess that's cause she doesnt have CW eyes. But really none of the Bounty Hunters do. Aurra doesnt really have CW eyes just black pupils in the style kind of. I have a feeling she will be good for EP 1 dioramas.

Im not that much of a fan of Shaak-Ti she looks accurate but in CW, not that great. She looking to the side as well which is kinda weird, and the ridge on the head piece is curved which doesnt look good. I think from these pics Im fine on missing out on her and Saesee.

But Luminara looks awesome! :wub: She seems not that CW-sy and a lot like Barriss so I cant wait to put those two together. I do like the double sided head but its quite out of context in the set. I do want a closer, clearer look at her legs though. Its good Rex is still the same for continuity's sake.

EDIT: I also notice none of the minifigs have the new guns. I sure do hope he just switched them to keep them and they didnt come like that.

The Gungans are my favorite figures of the bunch.

Saesee Tiin, Luminara and the clonetroopers are great, aswell. Shaak Ti looks a bit weird. :sceptic:

The Mandalorian face is just odd, now I just want one Mandalorian to replace the colors with Jango Fett's arm and leg colors, to represent him.

Well, and then, I'll just give him a plain black head. The Mando head looks like Palpatine's son, and Sugi looks like Palpatine's bald grandma. :tongue:

Embo, however, is really good - he doesn't look too Clone-Warsy, and the legs and torso are great.

Those Mandalorians faces are terrifying. The clones are OK but I don't like the colours on them, the ARF troopers helm is perfect. As for the Jedi, well I'm not particularly bothered by more Jedi (other than adding them to my SIG) I prefer armies to characters.
