Could be the same story as the Battle Droids, we might get 2 of one kind. But I totally agree that Vos is strange and there's no hurry in putting money on some rumours appearing on the net. We should wait.

Though, if the minifigs for the shuttle are true: 1. TLC doesn't seem to believe too strongly in that ship, and 2. I would eat my ESB Lando if that set is PT/EU. I'm in desperate need of a new style Obi-Wan and could kill all my Stormies for those Jedi...

To be fair, the T-6 is rather plain looking. It's basically a semicircle, with a conical cockpit in the middle. Although there are rather nice designs on the wings. It doesn't even have any armament to draw the kids in. So it makes sense that LEGO would load this set with Jedi to draw interest.

I'm most interested in the BPs. Despite the fact that I disliked the PT movies, I can't get enough Phase I troopers. It will be nice to get a few specialized troops.

I doubt this 'Omot' has good info. It contradicts most of what we've gathered so far.

Don´t forget that the first batch of news also was from him.

He got the very first list through a phonecall from the vendor and a more detailed figure list seems to indicate that he got pics already. In his post he said more info comes when he is back from his vacation (around 25th) and pics follow later. I trust him, as he was reliable before and I wouldn´t give this infos when I had doubts about the trueness.

Since Navy Trooper Fenson has somehow confirmed the reliability of Omot/Tomo, getting the 3 new jedis in the T-6 shuttle would be absolutely amazing. Yeah I know the ship itself is rather plain looking, but Shaak & Saesee are reason enough for me to buy the set, and now with Vos? This has got to be the most minifig-blessed SW set I will ever get.

A commando in the clone BP....niiiiiicce! However i'm very sorely dissapointed by these sets. First off the bounty hunter transport is $50? I'm just really hatnig the fact that prices are so high. It's like they're trying to alianate a part of there buyers who can't afford a lot of these sets

Legos used to be much more affordable and then of course the economy happened. I used to be able to get like 7-8 decent sized sets (exaggeration) with $200 but now i'm lucky if I get two. GGs starfighter should have been a $40 and so should Cad Bane's speeder. I'm just mad about the lower minifigure count next year and higer prices

Well those prices aren't in USD, so I wouldn't get worried just yet. An yes, LSW prices are ridiculous, but there's a thread (not this one) for complaining about them.

So now apparently we're getting Vos. Another high-demand Jedi, it seems unlikely that we get three new Jedi in the same set. Although I would be grateful if it's true.

I highly doubt the 3 figs to a BP rumore by now.

Let's hang tight and wait a little longer before we totally panic.

Whether it'll be 3 or 4 figs I'd still say the 2011 BPs will be pretty 'loaded'. It will be just a matter of preferences for the consumers:

4-minifig BP = less specialised MFs, less accessories/weapons/mini-vehicle parts, good value for money (parts/price ratio)

3-minifig BP = more specialised MFs, more accessories/weapons/mini-vehicle parts, less value for money (parts/price ratio)

Either way, I think fans would still buy those and I can say off the bat that it'll be more popular than the recent BPs (or all BPs released for that matter).

It is really kinda weird having three new jedi in a single set, as I would assume a better tactic for TLG is to disperse Shaak/Saesee/Vos in three different sets so that people will buy those 3 sets instead of buying just one. It's either this strategy of "one-new-jedi-in-a-set" has failed before or we're about to get more new jedi/MFs in the second wave of 2011 sets.

Adding another new mini-fig, should off-set the ship having no armaments. And it really not a "high profile" ship. As for the BP having only 3 MFs...... No this I just don't believe. The only new mold MF rumored, is the ARF. And thats just the helmet. What saying that we won't get 2 normal Clones, ARFs or Bomb Squad Clones?? AS for the Clone Commando, it really shouldn't look to different from a normal clone, not in lego form, anyway.

If ever the Clone Commando rumor is true, it should have a different helmet mold than regular clones. If they're just going to reuse the normal clone helmet the commandos will then just look like regular clones, and that wouldn't just look/feel right. Regarding Vos in the T-6 shuttle, yeah the three new jedi might be 'drawing factors' for kids, it's just this is something unheard of/unseen before so it'd be a happy surprise if ever we'll get these jedi trio in one set.

Her Jedi backstory has been abandoned for the Clone Wars.

The lead producer felt it made her too similar to Ventress, plus he didn't like the style of the EU giving any remotely cool character a Jedi backstory and a lightsaber. (you'd be hard pushed to find any EU character where this isn't the case). So instead, she's now officially just an awesome bounty hunter. Which in my opinion, was 100% the right move.

Uhm, I think it's pretty much known by now that we'll be getting a Mando BP, but getting this Mando guard in the BP seems unlikely, as most fans would want more of the regular Mando soldiers than these guards. There maybe a possibility it'll be included in some type of Mando-based set in the future, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Wow, I think there are some major plot spoilers in that list. So now I guess there's going to be an episode on Aurra Sing with Sugi and Embo in it? Sweet.

As excited as I am about getting a commando, I'm cautious. Sometimes people just aren't as picky about names as fans are- it could simply be a standard clone with some special feature (pauldron, kama, something...). But if it is a commando, then TLC has guaranteed that I'll be buying four for a full squad.

Looks like Death Watch in the other BP.... also awesome. It'd be nice to have some variation, as I'm sure they're all going to be the same, but I'm not complaining. Lego doesn't make that many generic Mandos.

Actually, they should. Not only do they have no fin, but their visor is mostly blue. The shape of the helmet is also fairly different, and with TLC's recent habit of being very accurate in their helmet designs, the result could be amazing. Or oversized.

Really a shame, most likely Shaak and Vos will have the CW face, while Saesee might have a new rubbery head mold like Fisto/Plo.

I agree, there is that danger of the commando helmet being oversized (remember this?), considering the real commando helmet is slightly stubbier/more box-like compared to regular clone trooper helmet.

I think the only Clone Wars-y looing minifig will be shaak it. But really does it matter? Personally, they did a great job on Aayla Secura this year so Im pretty confident that they will do a good job. I think a set like this would have been the only way we would have gotten Vos though because I dont think he wouldve sold very well in a normal PT set just because he is really unknown. Hopefully his appearance in the CW series will be bad megablocks.

A commando? Hmm. That would be great. I still doubt that they would be there, but I'll probably go and buy two of each of the battlepacks regardless. I'd love a full squad of four, but that will prove to be very costly so I might start with just two.

After catching up with Clone Wars I'm a little excited to see Embo. I really like the 7 Samurai episode. I'm not sure why they have Aura Sjng and I'm wondering if I will be the ship from the episode I'm thinkig about, the ship that was stores in the barn.
