That sounds interesting. I could well imagine TLG using the Surfer's hair out of Minifigure Series 2.

Well, let's see - I hope that pics will arrive soon.

And that there's a Luke minifigure included does not necessarily mean that the MF won't be ROTJ style. The past shows that TLG can throw in every minifigure they want to - even if it doesn't appear in the scene the rest of the set is placed. Plus only Lando and Nien Numb would be a bit too little minifigures for the MF (and so a set around suppsoably 150 Euros), don't you agree?

Agreed, it's about time Luke lost his generic hair. Good point about TLG tossing in whatever minifigs suits their fancy; I recently learned that Mace's JSF is the perfect example of that. I'll keel my fingers crossed for a RotJ MF.

This may be about availability but I knew everyone wanted to know when the battle for geonossis would be a january or march april release. Well according to brickset it will be available on S@H tomorrow So I think this pretty much confirms its a january release

Back on topic: A new hairpiece for look sounds amazing and I hope its true. I don't really care about what falcon it will be I will buy any falcon im not really interested in the figs just the ship its self and how they will design it

Hey guys this is bluejet321, i had to make a second account because it gave me some sort of error message with some numbers when i clicked on FORUMS, it said something like "could not determine forum"?

Does anyone else have the feeling Jar Jar could be one of the minifigs in the Podracer sets?

He was there in the very first version, and after all, TLC could easily re-use him there.

I hope Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator will be larger than the previous versions. That would explain the price, unless something went wrong.

By the way, may we get a RotJ Falcon, I hope there will be Rebel commandos included. Unlikely, yes, but they were there in the movie.

Yes, there were two other Rebels on board acting as gunners.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to reuse the great figs from the Battle of Endor set! But remember, we don't know for sure the Falcon will be ROTJ-themed. I hope it is, anyway.

Yeah, Jar Jar would make a perfect addition to the Podracer set. As would a new Padme

I guess TLG will do the same to the Infiltrator as they did to Grievous' Starfighter (which was released at the same time the last Infiltrator was). The new ship will be much bigger, more accurate, will maybe contain some more figs (Qui-Gon?) and cost a lot more.

We can expect pics of the new sets in the next few weeks. Nobody can say exactly when though.

BTW, I would be extremely disappointed should the Frigate really be the Pelta. Boring design, boring function (Medical ships don't usually make great LSW sets). I said this often enough, but it has to be the Consular.

Theres a ton of figs that are probable for that set, young Jabba, Qui-Gon, Padme, Anakins mom (forget her name), Plain old spectators, tusken raiders, r2-d2, c-3po, the list goes on. I hope we get one of those little viewing panels they use to watch the race , printed as well

We got that set not five years ago so I really think (and hope) that it'll be the Pelta class frigate. I could see it coming with some great new figures.

And they would all be CW characters and I wouldn't buy it. Right niw the only reasonnI haven't totally ruled out that set is because I'mmhoping it's a Consular since I missed the last one.

Shmi would be great, she was missing from both original podrace sets. And of course, we need a new Padme.

There could be 2 or 3 Rebel Officers/Technicians with the MF consdering they were on it during the Battle (at least I think so)

That's "only" 11 minifigs. But I think the set is projected at $150, so that isn't too far from the realm of possibility. I guess we'll just have to wait for the pictures.
