Brickdoctor Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 (edited) Well it does look an awful lot like this: And the image looks a lot like the ones on the calendars. (CGI model w/o studs, circular background) Edited April 23, 2011 by Brickdoctor Quote
WhiteFang Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Well it does look an awful lot like this: It does resemble alot like him!! But, can anyone confirm if this set was mentioned anywhere? Did this image use in the store calendar before? Because it was hosted in the cache, so I have strong reasons to believe it was a set. Quote

I'm fairly sure I saw it in a calendar before...let me look around the 'Net...My guess is it's on the cache because it was being shown on the Brand Stores site. I think there was one of these events recently at some of the stores. EDIT: Aha! LEGO Store Calendar May '09 - Back by TooMuchDew, on Flickr EDIT 2: And here, here, here, and most recently, here. Rufus Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 yoda 9901 lego set. I doubt that's a set. 9xxx numbers are normally reserved for Dacta sets. I don't think a mainstream set has ever been released with a 9xxx number (but I may be wrong). Quote

Mr Man Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Is the hat on Gunray printed or is it just stylistic? Sorry if this was asked at the time the AC was first found, but I'm not looking through 100 odd pages ). Quote

birdie100 Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Isn't this just a render of set 7194? Or perhaps a re-release? Yoda 7194 on Lugnet Quote
Flare Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Isn't this just a render of set 7194? Or perhaps a re-release? Yoda 7194 on Lugnet No, they're different, definitely not the same Yoda. Quote
Bricks2000 Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 While it looks like something out of a store calendar, i do hope it's a real set. Quote
mrblue Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 I think that if it was meant to be a set, it would be an UCS one, so a five digit code starting with 1. don't you think so? have a nice lego day mrBlue Quote

lightningtiger Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 That new Yoda looks CW'ish to me, except the eyes though ? Could it be connected with the 3-D release next year, because it's a 3-D Yoda you can build....size matters not ! Maybe 'KimT' might be able to clear the air hopefully ! Quote
Mr Man Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 The previous yoda sculpture was number 7194, as well as being a UCS set. It wasn't a UCS, but lets not get into this again . Quote
drdavewatford Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 It wasn't a UCS, but lets not get into this again . 7194 ? Of course it was UCS - it even says "Ultimate Collector Series" on the box. You can't get any more definitive than that.... Dr. D. Quote
