IMO, the T-6 is fine as it is, because if you think about it, in landing mode, only the top is showing, which is the studded side. On the other hand, Palpy's Shuttle's top fin is always visible, regardless of "mode".

Of course, after the Imperial Shuttle, we now know that it's possible for LEGO to SNOT the wings and pass their structural tests....

Except that I'm not getting the T-6. If it was already SNOTed, I'd get it for the various slopes it'd have to include, but as it is, it'll just use up my existing slopes, which defeats the purpose of getting it.

Come to think of it, the more I look at the T-6, the less I'm becoming interested to purchase it due to the various issues it has. For one , I'm never a fan of missized ships, and getting this one would mean I'd have to do a major overhaul just to get the right size and accuracy, which is just like starting a new MOC from scratch. Not to mention the un-SNOTed wings. If not only for the three new jedi MFs...

Nobody prevents them from releasing every figure they make in a year via magnetsets. They just get more profit when they release the Clone Tank with Aayla or a Venator with the chancellor.

Hasbro position is what prevents them. If TLC started selling minifigs only, Hasbro could get mad at them. Plus, I don't think LucasArts would let TLC in the first place because of their position.

Hasbro has gotten mad at them- that's why we have battle packs.

Well, I'm not too annoyed if the T6 if it doesn't have a double-sided wing, because I didn't actually know it could rotate like that canon-wise, and I prefer the landing mode anyway. But yeah, the fin is extremely irritating if, for example, you want to take a photo of it facing a particular way and the bottom of the plates are showing.

Your right the speeder was released exclusively and i also want the rumours for august 2011 to come out next week and then i will have plenty of time to prepare for 2011 sets

You are both right. In the EU it was a s@h exclusive, in the US it was for TRU. And somewhere else the swamp speeder was available everywhere while the landspeeder was an exclusive. Guess down under? Anyway..

Well the swampspeeder was also a TRU exclusive in Oz (hard to find now), which poses the question - which of the sets for 2011 that we know of will be exclusives to TRU and a like ?

But like we don't even know what's comming in 10 months neither so we just have to play the waiting game to find out in time I guess.

Hopefully we can keep the topic on 2011 SW rumors that have some truth behind them, we don't want to upset 'KimT' or 'Stash2Sixx' again now do we ?
