Masked Builder Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I stand corrected so I will rephrase that. The consular appeared in ambush which might explain why he has a Yoda and red Clone Trooper on his desk. Yes it could. (and hopefully does!) Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Oh no, the Empire is attacking your home and burning you alive! Quick, into the moisture farm command center! Brickdoctor Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 [snip] Lars Homestead. Ages 6 and up. 432 pcs. You mean 4 and up, right? I'd go younger, but there is the choking hazard. But seriously, I really want that set. Quote

Klaus-Dieter Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Since the person who showed the picture and give some additional information wrote that three sets arrived at his home which are part of the summer wave and are no OT sets, it's extremely likely that the two sets on his table are of the summer wave and are no OT sets, too. The contour of the big ship imo clearly shows that it's the Republic Fregate. And the brown thing on the left very supposably is either the Genosian BP or the Genosian Fighter. As for the Jawas, Luke, Owen etc.: the minifigs on the table are much too blurry to be aible to be identified (apart from Yoda, R2-D2 and that Clone). So these minifigs could be nearly every character. And - like already mentioned - I find it extremely unlikely that we'll get a Sandcrawler with Owen's farm (in 2011). Although I really would like it since I missed the Sandcrawler and since we haven't been getting Lar's home til now (although it's such an important location)! Klaus-Dieter Quote
freeedrik Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 While that would be awesome, where'd this info come from? I was on a swedish lego event last weekend, a lego seller (retailer seller) was there and talked about next years sets. There will be no moudular house untill june and the winter toy shop line gets a new house. Quote

Cwetqo posted this rumor in the general 2011 themes and sets topic (General news and discussion) about one month ago. I can't imagine a SW advent calendar. But about the most of the other upcomming themes and sets he was right, too. So ... Delta 38 Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 So this must be the year of the unconfirmable rumors. And looking at a single teaser picture for trying to confirm those rumours. Speaking of which, I done a bit of Photoshop with that image today in my spare time. The result seems to make it a bit clearer (personally), and I now see how the lower set is most likely a Geonosian starfighter. Previously, I just guessed that because of the blurred colours, but now I can sort of see it. If it is actually coming out, I'm quite content with that. It fits in with my Republic Commando obsession, and would be a good enemy for my clones. At the end of all this, the guy that posted the photos may have to face a few consequences, though. Whoops, sorry about that. Still, we're all supposedly human, and naturally we would have tried to figure out what those blurs were. Quote

If you get to design the preliminary sets would you know the lego star wars sets coming out in august 2011? I DO know. In fact, I'm doing TV commercial storyboards for three of those sets right now! Okay. Here's two of the sets sitting on my desk as I work on a storyboard. So he says the picture is of two sets for which he designs the storyboards, and earlier that he's doing the storyboards for august 2011 sets. Quote

But we usually get reliable information about the summer sets in december/january, right? So there's still plenty of time for CSI work Well, I still like the fact that the Czech list and the blurry photo seem to fit each other quite well. Quote
