Oh. I would've bought them all.

EDIT: I was wondering, if we get a frigate this summer, it's going to be a medical frigate. I wonder if it will come with some cool looking battle damaged clones, exclusive to the set. What do you think?

Since it's rather going to be this one, I'd say no.

The Geonosis set is incredible, very good figs and 2 nice vehicles as well. Great wave!

Check again. It's a Consular class cruiser. It even says on Wookie.

And it also says it's called a Republic Frigate as well. Which is exactly what the rumored set is called.

The Geonosis set looks extremely good. Rex, Luminara, BARC speeder and separatist gun - very nice. Can we be sure how much it will cost?

@joelego: So amazon.fr got the January sets in November? *oh2*

Can you tell us when amazon.fr usually gets new LSW sets? Someone said you can order them from November on...

Yes he is right but we must wait the shipping during the second week of december. The sets are just avaible in pré order.

At last some new pics! Finally this thread is alive again :cry_happy:. The Battle of Geonosis is definitely the best set I have seen so far for 2011. I really like how the TLC sometimes try to give us new and fresh sets ideas instead of more "Jedi" Starfighters or another random Republic ship. The Separatists have always had the best ship and vehicle designs! This Proton Cannon is simply spot-on. The eyes are definitely the best part of it and I really like the fact that it comes with a new Luminara. It's a shame they get rid of Quilan Vos to be honest. It is really possible we will get him in a set in the summer wave but I really liked the fact that we can get three anticipated Jedi in one medium sized set. Can't believe what they did to Shaak Ti thought. I already knew that as a CW set she will have cartoony eyes but I can't stand that my most anticipated Jedi comes in CW style :hmpf_bad: .

Wow. If that's going to be the 'Battle of Geonosis', then I'm really disappointed. Silly me, I was expecting an arena battle. :sceptic: With, oh, say...Geonosians, Jango, some Jedi...maybe a Padme (Yeah...right.) and possibly a monster. Instead we get a terrible speeder bike, so-so proton cannon, two figs, and three droids. Woo-hoo. :sceptic:

Luminara is the high point in this set. She looks good, from what I can tell. However, getting Rex again is a disappointment. I would have loved to get Gree and perhaps one or two of her troopers, but... Geonosians would have been great, as well. While I'm certain we'll get them in the starfighter, that will be one or two figs, at most.

On top of that, this set strikes me as kind of bare. I'm guessing it's going to be a ridiculously overpriced set, just like Bariss and the swamp speeder.

It's nice to see everybody is taking the "no posting confidential pics" to heart, but these don't have the stamp, guys!

Let's do some deeplinks, as long as nobody quotes this whole post. Don't quote pics unless it's a few pages later and you just want to make a comment about one to keep it fresh!

Even without Vos, you must admit that LEGO is really going to town with new figures in this wave. I count at least fifteen brand new figures, including Clones. Yeah, they're Clones, but they are newly styled.

Still, some of the sets like the Battle for Geonosis annoys me in the same way that others have before. The only thing I like about it are Luminara and Rex, and that's really not enough to buy the set. Oh well, that's why I don't really buy Star Wars much anymore, I suppose.

...Instead we get a sleek and well designed speeder, an awesome and very accurate proton cannon, two beautiful figs, including a completely new one and a commander everybody who didn't get the AT-TE still wants, and three droids which are perfect to reinforce my droid armee. Woo-hoo :)

They were deeplinked somewhere around ten pages ago.

Yes but it is called a frigate in it's appearances and people like us are the ones who put stuff like consulars on wookie.

Let's not get into that again. Remember, even though anyone can edit the Wookiee, they do have dedicated Admins who are in contact with the Lucas Archives to ensure everything is canonical, unless otherwise noted. (e.g., Infinities)
